Billie jeopardizes the new lives of the Charmed Ones, when she is seen using her powers by Homeland Security Agent Murphy, who has long suspected that they didn't really die. Also, Billie casts a spell to make Phoebe happy, that ends with her marrying Dex, and the sisters try to get the P3 club back on its feet.

Making Jordan and Woody go from thinking the case was open and shut to finding out that the case is going to be more difficult solve. Woody meets the new psychologist. Lu Simmons she will determine if he is able to control his temper or go to desk duty until he is. She first sees how easily his temper is out of control when he finds his parking spot taken. When Mr. Carter arrives at the morgue bug and Lily giveaway the husband's offspring to the wrong lady but they don't realize that until it's too late.

Susans longtime book agent and dear friend, Lonny Moon (guest star Wallace Shawn), gets into financial trouble. Lynette is forced to go out to bars night after night with her man-hungry boss, Nina (guest star Joely Fisher). Also, Bree re-buries Rex amid police suspicions. Bree also finds out about Rex's feelings about her prior to his death. Lastly, Gabrielle hires hotshot lawyer David Bradley (guest star Adrian Pasdar) to defend Carlos in court but Carlos rejects him after he witnesses an attraction between David and Gabrielle.

Alex and George must perform a surgery in less-than-ideal conditions to save a police officer's life. Cristina, right back at work, must find a solution when her patient loses access to his pain "medication." Izzie's mad at Alex. Meanwhile, it's decision time for Shepherd-Grey-Shepherd love triangle.

When a nun is murdered in the Church, Goren and Eames investigate and believe that someone has tried to cover up part of the crime. Their investigation leads them to a young man named Eddie Roberts, which inadvertently leads them to his older half-brother, Jimmy Jones, who had been assaulted in a baseball field 17 years earlier.

As the White House copes with the knowledge of the leak, Babish's questioning leads Toby to call his lawyer. Josh, with the persuasion of Lou, decides that the Santos' campaign must clean house, and is forced to make hard decisions about who out of the young, inexperienced staff should go. Meanwhile, Bartlet and Abbey meet Ellie's fianc?e, and Kate confronts Frost about his ambush on C.J.
