The ten teams take off from the Pit Stop at Iceland's Blue Lagoon and learn that they must fly over 1,000 miles to Oslo, Norway. Once there, they must travel to a ski jump where they find themselves facing a Roadblock. In this Roadblock one team member must perform an "Olympian" feat, sliding down a long zip-line. The teams are then instructed to make their way to a traditional Viking Village where they must spend the night. In the morning, the teams split up into two groups of their choice and then compete to paddle boats across the lake. One team makes a critical mistake. Once completed, they must travel by train to the town of Voss and then make their way into the country. The teams face a Detour which involves rollerblading one and three quarter miles or participating in three grueling challenges. Many teams initially choose the rollerblading and then opt to do the three challenges instead. Later, the critical mistake comes back to bite the team that made it as they have received a 30 minute penalty. After some close calls, one team is unable catch up and is eliminated from the race.

A 16-year old high school student, Dan, starts suffering from nightmares and frequent hallucinations, and he reveals he was hit in the head while playing lacrosse at school. Dan is apparently suffering from MS, and risky brain surgery is needed. Meanwhile House must deal with a patient looking to set up a lawsuit and a mother who doesn't believe in vaccinations.

Meanwhile Oscar and Emma's romantic getaway to a fancy resort convinces them there's no place like home.

"A Team Lightens Up Through Elimination" -
After Matt's elimination Ryan realizes that Dave has been lying to him and the girls of the Red Team for the entire game. The challenge of the week is a food stacking competition - where team members must build their stack the highest using only their mouths and they may not eat any of the food during the game. The Red Team emerges victorious, giving them an amazing reward. However, the Blue Team comes out as the biggest winners; Andrea's 7-pound loss pushes their team to victory at the weigh-in, eventually leading to the Red Team eliminating the team member that is most annoying: Dave.

When a college student claims rape and her professor claims it was consensual sex, Stabler and Benson find themselves in the middle of a he said, she said battle, trying to decide whether to believe the alleged victim, or the alleged perpetrator who claimed she liked it rough. Benson sides with Myra, the victim, whereas Stabler finds himself wondering if Polikoff is telling the truth about being innocent, especially after Myra falsely accuses Stabler of touching her inappropriately. After giving more thought to the situation, Benson and Stabler each wonder if the other is right. Stabler has bigger problems on his hands, though, as Myra's attorney reveals that Kathy has moved out and taken the children.
