A non-church patron Marie enlists Eric's help in handling her elderly mother, Mrs. Wagner into getting her into a nursing home, but Eric gets a different impression when he finally meets Mrs. Wagner and sees that she doesn't need help and is still very capable. In fact, it turns out Marie may need more help than her mother as she's very unhappy with her life. But things turn out bad later on when Mrs. Wagner ends up in the emergency room due to her stress from her daughter. Ruthie puts up a fight with Lucy while shopping as she wants to spend the day with Vincent without Annie knowing about it. Ruthie wants to go to a family dinner with Vincent. Although, it inevitably blows up in her face and leads to an interesting conversation with Annie and Lucy in the driveway. Ben (guest-star Geoff Stults) shows up in Glen Oak to pay Kevin and his new family a visit and makes himself well at home again in the garage apartment. But Kevin is not happy to see his brother as he wanted his mom and husband Frank to come over and see Savannah first. Lastly, the family spends the day setting up a special family dinner of what would've been Annie's mother, Jenny, her 75th birthday.

Stunt #1 (Water car rotisserie) Contestants would be chained into the front seat of a car as it spun in and out of the water. When the spinning started, they would have to grab a key, unlock two locks to free themselves, release a flag from the back seat, exit the car, and swim to a buoy. The two men and the two women to complete this stunt fastest would advance to the next round. The others would be eliminated.

The final four women take Charlie to visit their parents and hometowns. One women is sent home.

Chloe is unexpectedly thrust into fieldwork when a woman reports that her boyfriend may be part of the terrorist conspiracy. After returning from New York feeling lost and confused and needing Amy for support, Ephram considers his options in the wake of Madison's (Sarah Lancaster, who does not appear in this episode) life-altering revelation. Ephram tries to find the baby by going to Child Services Office, but finds out that Madison signed the adoption papers with "father unknown" and terminating the parent-child relationship with "Unknown Birth Father" leaving Ephram completely crushed.
Amy tries to get Ephram another audition at Julliard after he missed his first appointment due to the emergency with Madison and the baby, but it doesn't go well. Meanwhile, a tired Andy is a little stunned upon learning the extent of Nina's feelings for Jake and with a little encouragement from her friend Bright, Hannah decides to go on a date with a smitten Topher (guest-star Lukas Behnken).

As the final days of fabrication come to an end, the Gillette Bike is then sent out for paint and chrome. It then becomes a mad scramble to get this latest OCC creation assembled and in time for its debut.

When Ed suspects that the security system has been breached, Danny and Mike are chosen to look into the problem and find out who the mole is. Sam plays host to some high rolling vampires. Delinda helps her Amish cousin see the sites of Vegas.

Chrissie storms into the bar where Lisa and Mark are drinking and tells Mark she wants nothing more to do with him.
