As Eric moves out of their apartment and into one across the courtyard, Alex plants herself up in Joey's room with a pair of binoculars as Eric invites another woman over. After Alex goes to bed, Joey sees Eric kissing the other woman. Meanwhile, Joey's got problems of his own: even though he and Sara are allowed to see other people, he's not because he's too crazy about Sara. Trying to make her jealous, Joey discovers that she likes him as much as he likes her, and they decide not to see other people.

Janu has issues with Katie after she hears her talking behind her back, leaving everyone feeling uncomfortable and leaving her feeling alienated. Despite this, Janu is able to help in her team's victory at the Reward Challenge. Tom, Caryn, Gregg, and Janu win the first reward challenge of the new merge, but afterwards Janu can't seem to stomach the reward feast. Then, after being the first to lose the Immunity Challenge, Janu is forced to live on a beach on her own for one night. Despite feeling alienated by her tribe throughout the game, she comes back to Koror the next morning feeling happier. At Tribal Council, Stephenie knows she is next to go and makes a heartfelt and tearful plea not to be voted off. After thinking it over, Janu decides to leave the game, stating that it's better for her and in doing so, saves Stephenie from the vote. Janu becomes the 11th contestant to leave Palau.

This week's task is to create a new product for Staples that helps clean up clutter. Despite the ongoing clashing between Craig and Kendra, Magna works together, using a focus group and innovating an existing idea, and creates a rotating caddy for storage. The Staples executives deem their idea better than Networth's "Packrat," an illogical and fairly useless storage desk, earning Magna a reward. For their reward, Magna wins personal time with George and Carolyn at a nice breakfast. Networth, meanwhile, ends up in the boardroom, where Bren admits that he is not a risk taker. Trump immediately sees a flaw and nips it in the bud, firing Bren.

After trying to connect with an icy Wendall several times over the course of the day, Carter calls Kem and asks her opinion on The Joshua Carter Center, named after their stillborn son. Morris spends the entire shift finishing-up a report for Lewis, but he keeps screwing it up. While Pratt is learning Spanish he insults a Spanish-speaking woman during childbirth by calling her a whore [Puta] starting a fight with her husband.
