Thankful to still be in the game, Stephenie addresses the members of Koror. The next day she tries to turn the tables on Tom and Ian by starting up an alliance of all women to take out Tom. Everyone realizes how strong Tom is, including Tom himself, and speculate how much longer he should stay around.
For reward, the survivors participate in the Survivor Auction which include various meals and even letters from home which bring emotion to everyone. After the challenge, Caryn is told about the possiblity of this new alliance. Right away, she tells Tom about it, which leaves Caryn wondering if it now puts her in danger. At the Immunity Challenge, Ian is able to successfully win leaving everyone else vulernable to a vote. At Tribal Council, the all-female alliance fails to appear as all the remaining members of the Koror tribe vote Stephenie out.

The final four's task this week is to design and sell commemorative t-shirts, using a professional artist and the hip fashion store Scoop, for Hanes' 50th anniversary. Neither of the teams get along well, when Craig and Kendra, alone on a team, fight the entire task, and Tana distracts her team with finding the Bedazzler, a tool used to decorate the t-shirts. In the end, Networth's distractions cost them the task; they only sell $1147.95 worth of shirts to Magna's sale of $2705. As a reward, Magna competes in an Aerial Dog Fight to let off steam and have some fun. Networth, on the other hand, winds up having no fun in the boardroom, where Trump fires Alex because of his losing record.

Jules Rubadoux, whose wife was a patient of Carter's nine years ago, comes into the ER with heart problems, wanting nothing to do with Carter, whom he feels is responsible for his wife's death. Anspaugh and Kayson advise Ruby to have surgery, but Abby tries to get him to consider the alternatives. Finally, Carter tells Ruby the truth. Pratt asks Olivia from Ceasefire out. When he shows up at her office to pick her up, he's ambushed into speaking at an anti-violence meeting. Susan meets with the tenure committee. Sam is in her own world all day, and buys a pregnancy test. Ray tries to stop the Chadwick sisters from leaving without having been seen by social services. Since there's nobody better, Morris may end up with the chief resident job.

Tonight the girls have to work at a circuit board factory where they meet their toughest supervisor yet. Also at the Host Family mom and dad go out and leave Paris and Nicole in charge of their three handsome young boys, the girls decide to give them a lesson in dating.
