The new leadership among the Jaffa decides to use the powerful weapon on Dakara to wipe out entire planetary life on other worlds in order to capture and build a fleet of Ori ships of their own. However, they have chosen a planet where the Ori / Vala offspring and SG-1 are on. Kate returns to present more highlights from the auditions. This week the auditions start in Bristol where Ashley manages to impress all the judges with his unique voice. When the audition move onto Manchester, Warren's performance leaves the judges speechless. Paris manages to wow all the judges with her operatic voice and they all want her to go through until she admits that she is just 14. The judges ears are forced to listen to more awful performances before Raymond manages to impress them and make it through. When the auditions move onto Birmingham the groups manage to impress. Vicky who runs a Louis Walsh fan site makes it through. Richard and Sarah also impress the judges.

When a young girl is mauled at a dog breeder's and exploding gas canisters create even more medical emergencies out on the farm, Nina defies her suspension and follows Josh to the fire to try to help the other paramedics. Her frustration results in a reckless attitude but will she save lives or jeopardise her own safety?
Nathan encourages everyone to make sure the department runs smoothly to impress the visiting Chief Executive. However, friction between Guppy and Harry regarding the treatment of an overweight patient shows the hospital in a bad light. Nathan ends the day feeling stressed and makes a shocking confession to Selena.
