In this episode, Trista and Ryan meet their wedding planner and make important decisions about their wedding.

Archer receives a surprise visit from Daniels, the mysterious time traveling operative who has aided him in the past. Daniels tells Archer that three Xindi-Reptilians have somehow traveled back in time 150 years to Detroit, Michigan. He wants to send Archer and T'Pol back in time to investigate. He also gives Archer temporal tags to bring back anything that doesn't belong in the 21st century. After disguising them in clothing from the proper time period, Archer and T'Pol successfully travel 150 years in the past, arriving at night on a Detroit City street.

What was supposed to be a quiet Thanksgiving dinner for Becker and Chris turns into a stressful feast when Chris' long-lost sister shows up. The gang learns she served time for cutting off her husband's finger in a fit of rage, and nervously watch her for signs of a relapse.

On night 27 Christa is accused of sabotaging the fish food source by throwing them in the jungle. She swears she didn't do it, but she can't prove anything. Sandra tells us she did it. At the reward challenge, the survivors got to see their loved ones (moms, hubsands, fiances, etc). Jon receives news that his grandmother had died. The other survivor gave up their chance to see their loved ones so Jon could find out more about his grandmother. Jon and his buddy went back to Balboa Beach for 24 hours and the rest went to another beach for 24 hours. Back on Balboa, Jon jokes about how his grandmother didn't die and the fact everybody else believed him. At the Immunity Challenge, the survivors worked a puzzle where they form as many words from "SURVIVOR PEARL ISLANDS" as they can. Burton wins. As the survivors are leaving Jeff calls them back. Burton spelt a word wrong and was stripped of immunity. Lill, Darrah, and Sandra were left and got a new set of words. It was a timed trial and Darrah won Immunity with 14 words. At tribal council Jon's white lie went unknown as Tijuana became the 10th person voted out.

Brook tells Kelso he doesn't have to worry about the baby and that she will take care of everything herself.

In the aftermath of Thanksgiving, Anna and Summer are still angry at the way Seth treated both of them and Seth continues to try to make things right. Caleb and Julie's brief relationship is ended when Julie wants a commitment, but Caleb isn't ready to do so. Meanwhile, Ryan and Luke settle their differences when a secret is exposed, and Sandy learns what Kirsten is hiding from him when he meets with Jimmy to work through is legal troubles.

It's Thanksgiving in the Heffernan household and while Carrie cooks dinner for ten people, Doug lets a stranger into the house to use the phone. He is convinced the stranger is a nice guy but Carrie is not so trusting. Everyone at dinner feels sorry for the man, who's been left outside to wait for a ride, but when Carrie finally gives into the holiday spirit, it turns out her instincts may have been right.

When a con man passing himself off as a grief counselor is poisoned by a respected doctor he victimized, McCoy must determine whether revenge or insanity prompted the crime.
