While planning a baby shower for Lane, Rory gets an unexpected call from the The New York Times offering her an interview. Rory scrambles to prepare for the interview leaving Lorelai to take over baby shower preparations. As Lorelai plans, she finds her self running interference between Lane and Mrs. Kim as they bicker over how Lane will raise the twins. Logan admits to Rory that his business venture went bad, and Rory offers him full support until Logan begins to revert back to his old ways by traveling to Las Vegas with Colin and Finn to blow off steam. Meanwhile, when Luke finds that Liz and T.J. are trying to sell his boat, he decides to make big changes in his life by taking April on a boat trip for the summer. Lastly, Lane is placed on bed rest and has to be wheeled in her bed across town to her party at Miss Patty's.

When an explosion at a military cemetery mausoleum reveals a crypt full of a mixture of body parts, the NCIS team must inform the families of the victims, hoping to find a connection between the dismembered victims, and narrow down the suspects to find out who is behind the hideous crime. Meanwhile, Abby is dealing with a personal problem, and the only person she can talk to about it is Gibbs.

Having survived last weeks competition, the Top 10 boys perform again for America. After the show, the viewers will vote for their favorites. Who will keep singing, and who will go home?

Logan and Wheeler investigate when Josh Lemle, a reporter friend who had backed Logan after he had gotten himself exiled years earlier, comes to Major Case to report his own murder. Logan agrees to help his friend find out who used Polonium-210 to poison him, but Lemle is reluctant to reveal the whole story to Logan because not all of it is pretty. Both Hazmat and the FBI get involved as the search turns city wide, with both the mayor and Homeland Security wanting answers.

Veronica catches Tim Foyle, breaking into Mars Investigations. Meanwhile, Keith questions Mindy O'Dell, finally making her believe that Hank Landry killed her husband, and Keith arrests Landry in the middle of a class. Later, Wallace notices Logan and Parker enjoying a nice lunch together.

Mike goes underground in Hutchinson, Kansas to learn about mining rock salt. This episode also focuses on the behind the scenes action in filming the show.

Benson finds herself in a bad situation when she has a closer link to a suspect than she ever could have expected.

The Unit is sent to Pakistan to retrieve three suspected terrorists when they run into trouble with the local forces. They find a U.S. base with a small force of troops that do not respect their commanding officer. Jonas takes control of the combined group and prepares them for the impending attacks.

When a former child star takes everyone at the magazine hostage, the staff is forced to do what he says to stay alive - produce an issue entire about him. As the staff works, Lucy begins to wonder whether or not the child star is a really a threat or not.
