Homer and Marge win a Harley in a dance contest. Bart teaches Homer how to ride. Homer bonds with the bike and takes it everywhere, becoming a nuisance. Homer even takes his cycle to church. He forms a motorcycle gang called "Hell's Satans", over runner-up name, "The Christ Punchers". The gang consists of Homer, Moe, Carl, Lenny and even Ned Flanders. The gang gives Chief Wiggum a hard time. They get into a cycle magazine, where the real "Hell's Satans" of Bakersfield see them. The real "Hell's Satans" crash at Homer's place, and destroy everything. Chief Wiggum turns his back on Homer. One day real "Hell's Satans" leave with Marge and Homer goes to try to find her. He goes to biker bars and gets the crap beaten out of him; meanwhile, Marge transforms the gang. She trains them to become upstanding members of society. Homer finds them and starts a brawl. He challenges the leader to a motorcycle duel (they actually duel with motorcycles). Homer wins and reclaims his old lady. On their way back to Springfield, Homer steals a keg from the biker bar.

Hank meets a man, Hal, who is exactly like him in every way and they start to spend time together. He and Hal become great friends, making Dale and Bill jealous. Hank is torn between the friendships, when the group doesn't mesh.

As the year 2000 draws closer, the agents are up against a man from the Millennium Group who believes that he can bring about the end of the world on the 31st of December if he resurrects four former members from the dead. To gain more insight into the group and its practices, Mulder and Scully enlist criminal profiler Frank Black to assist them in the investigation.

The crew is to deliver a pair of scissors to DOOP's new headquarters in the Neutral Zone for the ribbon-cutting ceremony. Zapp, who is supposed to cut the ribbon, attempts to do it from afar with his ship's laser and accidentally blows up the headquarters. As punishment, Zapp and Kif are dismissed from DOOP. They take to the streets and eventually end up on the doorstep of Planet Express. The Professor gives them their first assignment, a delivery to the high-gravity planet of Stumbos 4. Angry with Leela's constant orders, Zapp convinces Fry and Bender to stage a coup that places himself as the captain. Unfortunately, they soon find out how inept Zapp is, though it may be too late.

Betty tells her friends that Armando has appointed his assistant to the presidency and they go to celebrate in the bathroom, but are interrupted by Patricia who attacks them; they defend themselves and Patricia tells Marcela. Marcela tells Armando what happened.
