It's the Christmas season. Simon discovers that Rose (Sarah Thompson) may have secrets, and begins to wonder if his parents were correct when they warned him not to rush into marriage. Meanwhile, Kevin and Martin come to blows over Martin's attitude about becoming a father and Eric and Annie finally allow Ruthie to date Jack (guest star Garrett Strommen). Simon drops by to Glen Oak to talk to Eric and have... pie. Rose tells her dad about her being embarrassed about his numerous failed marriages as well as her mother's numerous relationships. That is the reason why she hasn't introduced her family to Simon yet. Philip encourages Rose to hold back on marriage with Simon and just live with him, while Rose debates that she tried that and the Camdens hate her even more.

Lydia jealousy shows when her children make friends with Stewart's girlfriend, Crystal. As payback, she shames them into accompanying her to visit their old housekeeper.

When Laura and Rich return to the surface from the ocean floor, they realize the boat that took them to this location is nowhere to be found. Meanwhile, Miles is taken to the hospital after suspiciously passing out in class. Elsewhere, Miles' sister Savannah comes to the realization that her brothers sudden admittance to the hospital may have be a result of a bite mark on his body caused by his former pet Nimrod.

Brent's stress levels are causing him to lose hair; unfortunately, the thing he's most stressed about is his hairloss. Lacey has some products that will help his hair be fruitful, but they don't do much in the 'multiply' department. Hank tries to convince Brent that he can fix small appliances; he does fix them, but not in the way that anyone would expect. Wanda spends a little to get a lot an an estate auction, then finds that she bought a lamp that belongs to someone else. Oscar falls for Lacey's magic tricks, the biggest one of which is when she gets Oscar to stop complaining.

After Ted overdoes it during a night out on the town, his friends help him to put together the pieces of his antics the next morning.

With the encouragement of his friends, Ted decides to let his hair down for a change and ends up having a fun and adventure-filled evening. However, now the problem is that he can't quite recall everything that transpired over the course of the evening and now he must rely on his friends to fill him in on the night's misadventures.

With Lincoln's execution scheduled for the following day, Veronica comes out of hiding to reach out to him and gains a newsworthy ally in the process. Kellerman makes the ultimate sacrifice to preserve the conspiracy. Michael must find a way to get Lincoln out of Solitary confinement in time for the escape that evening. The inmates risk everything as they attempt the escape.

Charlie helps Alan with his obsession of always having to get approval from the women in his life.

Doug and Ray Barone have a "guy's night out". Meanwhile, Carrie gets a shock upon visiting her mother's grave.

Paige's friendship with Alex reaches new heights when they realize that they might be closer than they thought. Also, Emma goes on her first date with Peter.

A drug lord is gunned in his Coconut Grove mansion and a suspect arrested at the scene claims he sells marijuana to Delko. Stetler, from Internal Affairs, investigates and the case quickly gets personal when Horatio gets involved. As for the shooting, the CSIs learn that two gunmen may have been involved. Also, Calleigh makes a major decision concerning her job.

Casey Manning, who was poised for a hostile takeover, is now forced into a backup plan after Monica's accident. Monica leaves the Montecito to a charity. Delinda falls in love with a blind man but he is keeping a big secret from her.

Allison dreams about hitting a girl with her car and a woman whose house is haunted. She finds out that the woman killed herself. Now Allison must try to put all the pieces together.
