The Salt Lake City auditions see choreographer and new guest judge Mandy Moore joining Nigel and Mary. Salt lake sees the judges wrangled up 42 extremely talented dancers to send to the next stage in Vegas.

Some stand out performers include

Chelsie Hightower and Kelli Baker, Kelli is the the daughter of Bonnie Story, an Emmy award-winning choreographer for High School Musical.



Joining Nigel and Mary in Dallas was Adam Shankman, the genius behind Hairspray. some highlights here were Arielle Coker whom the judges instantly fell in love with, and pagent girl Paige Jones.

Kelly can't decide whether or not she likes the new Chuck who has become the owner of a technologically-advanced house. Meanwhile, Gary undergoes a procedure in his bid for the chief weatherman position.

(Case #1: New Haven County, Connecticut - New Haven House)
TAPS heads over to a New England home in New Haven County, Connecticut where they investigate claims made by the family regarding paranormal activity. The house itself has a long history associated with it. It is located on land once believed to be a site where Native Americans use to live on, American revolutionary war battle grounds, and also currently has greenhouses all over the property and still have working land for farming purposes.

(Case #2: Manchester, New Hampshire - Palace Theater)
Later, on the second investigation of the episode, TAPS heads to investigate a former vaudeville in Manchester, New Hampshire known as Palace Theater. Paranormal claims include a man committing suicide and returning to haunt the place, strange voices and noise, apparitions, shadows, and phantom footsteps. Jason is concerned because it is a theater and noises and voices could be the product of the architecture for such a place.

Jack's gift of puppies distracts Marin from completing her book. Meanwhile, Annie realizes she has feeling for Ivan as she organizes the auditions for Elmo's First Annual Talent Show. In New York City, Pilar's romantic attention to Patrick leaves him confused.

High gas prices are on Mencia's list this time. He tackles the world of the hybrid-car driver. He has a service offer to the celebrities who decide to fan their drug problem to the world.

The remaining chefs' butchering skills are tested when they are challenged to cut and then cook the perfect steak. Guest Judge Rick Tramonto then trusts his new restaurant, Tramonto Steak and Seafood, to the Top Chefs for one evening.

Ant and Dec present the fourth of the live semi finals as the acts battle to try and impress the judges and viewing public and gain a place in the live final. At the end of the show Faryl Smith learns she has won the public vote and gained a place in the final. The judges then decide to give the second place available in the final to Andrew Muir.

As the only person to have volunteered for the job, Will is elected Chairman of the Organization Party for the end of term Christmas bash and ropes the other three boys into being his assistants. Simon, needless to say, is keen to use the opportunity to declare his public love for Carli D'Amato, which proves to be anything but a good idea.
