As an assignment from her law firm to determine if she has the makings of a partner, Helen takes the family to a therapy spa. The psychologists there evaluate them, and it is revealed that Daria is the only one of the four who is truly well rounded, despite her use of sarcasm to push people away. Helen, meanwhile, finds that she is a ruthless, win-at-all-costs shark who puts her career before everything else, including her family. Naturally, this gets her the promotion. Jane sets up ''Jane Cam'', a website that broadcasts her fairly mundane activities in her room. This does not go over well with Tom, who unwittingly shakes his ass for the entire world to see.

At Tagi, everyone begins to get annoyed by Dirk and Sean's inability to contribute anything worthwhile to the tribe, although the duo has been searching for tapioca and fishing. Pagong's accuracy drives the team to a victory, winning fruit and three live chickens. Joel & Gervase begin to have strong bond and others get interested when Greg & Colleen go off all the time together. At Immunity, Pagong wins, and at Tribal Council, Dirk receives 4 votes, enough to send him packing. The tribe has spoken.

Kyle's diabetes has now affected his kidneys, and he desperately needs a transplant. His mother, however, has gotten into a local fad: holistic medicine. Of course, the herbs and roots aren't working, and only Stan seems to understand Kyle's needs. The doctor tells him that only Cartman has a matching kidney for Kyle, but when Stan goes to ask him, Cartman demands $10,000,000. Instead, Stan hatches a scheme to get Cartman's kidney.

Betty doesn't say anything to Catalina, but Catalina is worried when she finds out that Betty doesn't want to go back to the Ecomoda. Betty starts to tell Nicolás everything.
