Across at Pagong, Ramona feels left out and Greg has developed an odd penchant for pretending to talk on the phone. Tagi runs a clean sweep, claiming a chest full of supplies in a "build the best distress signal" challenge, followed by a victory in a swimming/rowing/running/digging relay race challenge to win immunity. Even though Ramona made strides to fit in and work more, it's not enough to save her from being the 2nd person voted out of Pagong.

Cartman shows up at a hotel hosting a convention for the North American Man-Boy Love Association, and he is invited to be their poster boy. They plan a party and tell Cartman to invite all his young male friends to join. Meanwhile Kenny has been trying to prevent his parents from having another child.

Mario pays Cecilia Bolocco a visit and she has to hear Armando scream and fight Marcela. Armando decides to stay to relieve the suppliers and calm down Marcela. Marcela invites Betty to lunch.
