The PLLs worry Ali is being tortured by "Uber A" and turn to a potential enemy for help in "Bedlam", With the fallout of Hanna's abduction still weighing heavily on the PLLs, the Liars begin to grow suspicious of Elliott Rollins as Ali's condition worsens. Tensions rise between Liam, Aria and Ezra as they work on the book together. Spencer and Caleb are on edge, as neither of them want to talk about the awkward elephant in the room. Meanwhile, Emily receives a disturbing phone call and tries to find a way to see Ali.

The animal attacks continue and the team discovers that the mutation has advanced further... rendering their cure ineffective. Now with the aid of an anonymous sponsor, the team head to Argentina to meet with a scientist who may have discovered the key to the mutation.

When Teresa goes into labor, Jana, Suzy and Sam band together to turn Bitscan into a makeshift delivery room. Meanwhile, after spending some time with Dr. Lommers, Lex grows concerned after noticing a sudden shift in her behavior. Elsewhere, Leo continues to unravel the conspiracy behind the virus outbreak, while Jake stumbles upon some damning information about who may be involved. Finally, fed up with his lies, Katie confronts Dr. Cannerts.

Alexis is convinced that Buck is to blame for Miles' new, impulsive attitude after she catches him attempting a risky stunt for his Youtube channel. With Miles' punishment looming, Buck decides to throw a "going to jail" party while Mom and Dad are out, but unfortunately a creepy neighbor calls the cops and ruins their celebration. Buck, Miles, Tia and Maizy seek revenge and end up in a prank war.

As the boys gear up for Pope's birthday, Smurf wants to know if they're playing by her rules. J learns more about his mother's estrangement from the family.

As everyone settles in and prepares for the campers' arrival, Amy is the first to get a feeling that something is not right with this idyllic summer camp.
