Cloris Leachman returns in her Emmy-nominated role as the spiteful and irascible Grandma Ida. She's even nastier than usual (if that's possible) because of a tumble down the front steps that resulted in a broken collarbone, prompting her to sue her daughter and son-in-law for pain and suffering. And there's more momentous news on the home front: Lois is pregnant. So she pleads with Ida to reconsider her lawsuit: "We're already stretched to the limit financially as it is. Obviously, a new baby is going to make things even harder on us". "Yes, yes, of course", Ida concurs. "You should settle".

Against the advice of Leo, the Charmed Ones call upon a Witch Doctor for help. Unfortunately, he detects the unnatural level of demonic residue in their home, and assumes them to be evil. This leads the doc to place a voodoo curse on the sisters that causes them to develop deadly obsessions.

Jake and Bob misinterpret one of Chris's phone conversations and assume that she and John are sleeping together. At the office, John tries to persuade a promiscuous teen to use condoms.

Marge gets mugged outside the Kwik-E-Mart and she starts feeling vulnerable and becomes scared to leave the house. Dr. Hibbert diagnoses her with agoraphobia. The family tries to help her get back out of the house, but their efforts drive into living in the basement. In the basement she finds their unused weight set and she begins working out. Two weeks later she is stronger than she ever was and realizes that she can leave the house. In fact while celebrating her release from her fears, she confronts and beats the crap out of her mugger. While out working out, Marge runs into Ruth Powers, the neighbor she once went on the lam with. Ruth tells her about how steroids can help her to get bigger. Marge starts taking the supplements and gets into a women's bodybuilding competition. She takes 2nd place, which only entices her to do better next time. At Moe's she tears the place apart when she suffers from steroid rage. Homer makes her realize that she has become everything that she can't stand and she destroys the weight set.

Buck comes up with a scam to make money off of Luanne's good looks, by putting her in the boxing ring. After a few bouts where Luanne dominates her opponents, she grows confident. Believing that the set-up bouts are real, she calls on Frieda Foreman for her biggest match yet. Hank warns her of the charade, but Luanne has a point to prove.

Jack, Sydney, and Vaughn are tasked to see whether CIA agent Lennox is a double agent, after one of his missions is compromised.
