Malcolm, whose frenetic home life is a kind of zoo, begins the fourth season by accompanying his family to the real thing. A visit to the zoo offers close encounters with creatures great and small. But Hal wishes he could have passed on an encounter with Lois's former beau, who lectures on rain-forest animals. Elsewhere, Reese butts heads with a goat; and Malcolm and Dewey take a tumble into a tiger den. Another storyline checks in on ne'er-do-well Francis, now the unlikely foreman of a dude ranch owned by a cheery German businessman.

Barbas, the fear demon who targeted the Charmed Ones in From Fear To Eternity and Ms. Hellfire, returns and uses Paige's relative naivety against the sisters. Once trapped inside the house with Barbas, Prue, Piper, and Paige are each confronted with their worst fears.

John becomes jealous when Chris turns down his offer to watch a movie with him and instead goes out with another man. Later, in an awkward attempt to show Chris his true feelings, John shows up at her job and inadvertently gets her into trouble.

The Simpson family, along with Ned Flanders, holds a sance which brings the ghost of Maude Flanders back from the grave. With her presence in the room, she opens a book which brings us three haunting tales.



Send in the Clones

Homer finds that his new hammock is capable of making clones, and he begins making and using the clones to do all of his chores. When one of the clones permanently takes care of Flanders, Homer decides to get rid of the clones and the hammock. So he takes them both out to cornfield where he leaves them. Only the clones begin using the hammock and start to proliferate themselves at an enormous rate, soon the town of Springfield is under invasion by an army of Homer clones. It's up to Lisa to give the army a suggestion that help them eliminate the clone problem.



The Right to Keep and Scare Harms

Lisa finds the grave of William Bonney who was killed by gun violence. In his memory, she starts a gun control crusade, which makes Springfield totally gun-free; even the police no longer have guns. Now defenseless, the corpse of William "Billy the Kid" Bonney and his cohorts rise from the dead and start raising havoc in town. Professor Frink develops a time machine, which Homer uses to go back to the recent past to stop the ban on guns.



The Island of Dr. Hibbert

The family takes a trip to "The Island of Lost Souls," where they find Dr. Hibbert is running the island's resort. Marge thinks that something creepy is going on there, but when she goes off to investigate she is captured by Dr. Hibbert who turns her into a cat woman. Homer goes in search of a cure for Marge's condition and encounters Ned Flanders (who needs to be milked). Flanders takes Homer to meet the others who've been converted into beasts. While initially horrified at what they've all become, after thinking about it, he decides it might just be the life for him

Hank likes the clean-cut music of the boy-band 4Skore, but when he takes Bobby to a 4Skore concert, he is shocked to find that the band does suggestive dance moves that Bobby imitates with his new girlfriend, Jordan. His reaction brings a complaint from Jordan's parents, a "progressive" couple who are allowing their daughter to have a coed slumber party. Despite Hank's refusal, Bobby wants to go. Meanwhile, Nancy and Minh rank the sexiness of the men in the neighborhood, and Peggy is mortified when Hank is tied with Bill for last place.

Sydney discovers a frightening secret while on a mission to follow new age weapons. Meanwhile, Vaughn suspects that Jack is setting Irina up to fail. Also, Sloane tells Jack the truth about Emily's death

After Fred's physics article is published; she's invited to speak at a symposium where a portal opens, bringing her face to face with a demon and a dark secret about her old professor. Meanwhile, Angel tries to solve the mystery of the portal and why someone would want Fred out of the way.

A robbery that involved two fatalities leads to the discovery of a long-running case of tampering with drugs. Goren and Eames have to figure out a way of catching a pharmacist who has been diluting cancer medication without using the exhumated bodies of patients who had been given the medicine.

Tony strikes up a relationship with Ralph's latest girlfriend and learns some surprising secrets about Ralph's bedroom habits from Janice.
Carmela helps herself to some of Tony's hidden cash, while Paulie sends his mother to a retirement home.
Furio travels home to Italy and tells his father of his feelings for Carmela, getting some strong advice in return.

Paige begins to have a crush on a guy named Dean from Bardell- one of Degrassi's rival schools. Paige and Hazel decide to follow him to a party, but when Dean takes Paige upstairs, will he go too far?

After some rather personal conversation with rapper Krazee-Eyez Killa, Wanda's fianc, Larry is accused of letting the details slip. Meanwhile, a quest to replace a thrown away prop jacket leads Larry to offend a store clerk and he once again finds a way to offend Susie.

Sally is terrified that she might be pregnant, so she takes a pregnancy test and asks the other girls to do the same so that she knows what a negative result looks like. In her fluster she gets the tests muddled up. One of the girls is pregnant, but which one?
