The teams travel from their Pit Stop in Istanbul, Turkey to London, England, where they pay a visit to Abbey Road, made famous by The Beatles. Two teams explore flight options and successfully risk an earlier flight, while two others choose to play it safe with a flight that ends up coming in later. In England, the teams ride a Ferris wheel called the London Eye and then participate in a Detour that requires them to make a classic choice --- Brains or Brawn. Uchenna and Joyce and Meredith and Gretchen both opt for Brawn, which requires them to stack boats, while the other two teams go for Brains and solve a series of clues leading them to the home of the legendary Sherlock Holmes. Seeing Meredith and Gretchen struggle, Uchenna attempts to help out before realizing that he's not allowed. Later, the teams do a Roadblock at the Millennium Dome in which they must drive a double-decker bus through a marked obstacle course. One team surges ahead, while a Yield puts the remaining three teams in a close competition to avoid elimination.

Wanting to make a good impression on Logan's powerful father, Mitchum Huntzberger, Rory learns everything she can about him before starting work as an intern at one of his newspapers. When Lorelai learns that Emily and Richard have invited Logan to Friday night dinner, she ends her boycott of family gatherings in order to get to know Logan better. During the evening, Emily and Richard fawn over Logan, but Lorelai sees a side of him that causes her to worry about Rory's involvement with the Huntzberger family. Meanwhile, Lorelai gets an interesting job offer, and Luke tries to talk Taylor into closing the Stars Hollow museum.

Meanwhile, House asks Cameron to come back to her job but she has one requirement that he might not be able to meet.

Time is ticking away, and crews race the clock to get all the crab they can into the holding tanks. Between bad luck and mechanical problems, some captains are facing a financial nightmare. The captains must bring in a certain about of crab just to cover their cost, not to mention make the crew money.
With the midnight deadline upon the crews, they race to get holding tanks unloaded. Once the boats reach the processing plants, they are unloaded on a first-come, first-serve basis. All the while captains know a few minutes can mean the difference in getting unloaded right away, or waiting in the harbor. A long wait means that crab could die, which would costing them money!

After a young woman is found raped and murdered near a nightclub, with five hundred dollars stuffed into her mouth, Benson and Stabler follow the fingerprint trail on the money to attorney Jason Whitaker, whose sole responsibility seems to be handling the trust for the Duvall family. Soon detectives are convinced that Gabriel Duvall is their rapist, but don't have quite enough evidence to put him away. A.D.A. Novak is working on both the case and a terrified former victim when she is brutally attacked in her office late at night.

Monica moves into a home in Farmington - an extremely dangerous decision in Vic's opinion, during a time when local gangs are angered by Monica's new policies. When an informant who recently tipped the police about a crack house turns up murdered, Vic and Monica consider it a clear message of revenge for the latest round of seizures and raids. When Monica considers involving I.A.D., Vic advises against it, reminding her that Aceveda doesn't need another excuse to try and shut her down. Monica and Vic rush to get their informants off the streets before others are brutally murdered. But when another informant is found dead, they bring in Danny to help track down the killers.
