Senator Collins grapples with a new development while FBI Agents Kelton and Mei follow leads regarding the inexplicable disappearance of Sara. The senator's ex-wife, Jessica Nevins, is brought in for questioning and admits to wanting her kids back in her life. Meanwhile, Marcy rendezvous with her boyfriend, who, Max informs her, is now a suspect. Armed with new footage from when Sara Collins was known as Nikki Johnson, ambitious reporter Judy Nash uncovers more mind-bending evidence into Sara's mysterious disappearance.

Brenda and Fritz have a hard time agreeing who is in charge when an informant's wife and and FBI agent are both murdered. Brenda discovers that she and the PHD must work quickly when the leading witness in the case is scheduled to testify against a powerful mobster.

When the killer's identity is uncovered, the PHD finds themselves under attack; an attack that takes someone down.

Mahone zeroes in on Michael and Linc's car, which was towed to a Chicago lot, but Michael gets there first. Unfortunately for the brothers, the backpack containing their fake IDs isn't in the vehicle. Elsewhere, Sara is released from the hospital, but that's not good news, especially after a difficult meeting with her father; Sucre and C-Note are determined to get to their loved ones, no matter what; and Bellick and Geary go into the bounty-hunting business together.

Nancy takes on an alias to help Conrad set up the grow house. Isabelle gets approached to be a model. Interesting things happen to Celia while she's on the campaign trail. Shane makes an attempt to fit in at his school. Andy takes Shane to a massage parlor. Shane gets a surprise and Silas has one as well.

Kariya starts to fight with Byakuya after running into him in the forest. During the fight it seems as if they are evenly matched. Meanwhile Koga recruits more men to the Bount's cause and Orihime, Chad and Ganju learn of the Bount's plan.
