Bob, Kim and season two winner Matt Hoover tackle the ever growing problem of childhood obesity when they head to their high schools to teach kids about proper exercise and nutrition. While checking out the school cafeteria, Bob and Kim chat with the school lunch ladies about replacing the unhealthy options. The trainers also find the time to inspire a few really needy kids to make a lifestyle change. The kids will be challenged to go home and change their unhealthy habits while educating their entire families with all they have learned.

It's the final week at the ranch and emotions run high as the contestants prepare to return home. In the final challenge, the players decide to compete as a team in a 'Biggest Loser' triathlon. After the elimination, the remaining four contestants say goodbye to their trainers and return to their families to see if they can continue losing weight on their own.

Doug decides to spend the Heffernans' tax refund on an ice cream truck. Meanwhile, Carrie fills in as a pretend mom at model homes, and discovers a reemergence of her maternal desires.

Hopper returns to Internal Affairs twice in search of the murder book. The first time he's arrested (and Rita's subsequently killed); the second time he pulls a gun on Chad and takes him hostage. His primary demand: that Rita be brought to him. "I get caught, she gets killed", he tells Chad.

This round's theme is all about working with limitations. First the contestants must create a dish that is not cooked, and then they must plan a dish without knowing the kitchen equipment that will be available to them.
