After the Grandview radio station broadcasts humiliating secrets about him, a man dies and his ghost is out for revenge, causing Melinda and Ned to work together.

But when asked what the actual value of the company is, the air of pleasantry turns to tension. Next into the Tank is a chef from Folson, California, trying to get an investment for her delicious salad mix. Most of the Sharks are concerned about investing, however, when she reveals that she had to pull the product off the shelves. A man from Philadelphia pitches a three-dimensional helmet, to which he has the patent. Next, a man from Franklin, Tennessee learns that you need to come prepared when pitching a product to the Sharks and a man from New Jersey hopes that the Sharks will invest into his golf ball cleaner.

The police attempts to catch a serial killer who is targeting innocent women, but when the main suspect dies, his ghost contacts Allison, hoping to clear his name. Meanwhile, Joe's boss requests him to critique his new novel.

With the Rossum conspiracy now fully revealed, Echo and her allies must now make their stand to stop the Rossum Corporation from enslaving the free world. Echo will finally face herself as Caroline, even as Ballard struggles with the facts of his new existence.
