Ant and Dec reveal that Revelation Avenue, Jules & Matisse and Old Men Grooving are in the top three. They then reveal that Jules & Matisse have topped the public vote. The judges are then split in their decision for the second place and it goes back to the public vote. Ant and Dec then reveal that Old Men Grooving have got the most amount of votes and have gained the second available place in the final.
The third set of semi finalists attempt to impress the judges and viewers at home. After each act has performed the judges give their verdict on what they have seen. UDI, Gracie Wickens Sweet, The Kingdom Tenors, IMD Legion and Jamie Raven all manage to impress tonight.

They then reveal that Jamie Raven has topped the public vote. The judges are then split in their decision for the second place and it goes back to the public vote. Ant and Dec then reveal that UDI have got the most amount of votes and have gained the second available place in the final.

They then reveal that Issac has topped the public vote. The judges then decide to put The Neales through meaning that BoyBand just miss out.
