Week 10 Summary

The seven remaining pro-celebrity duos return to the Elstree studio, in the wake of their expedition to the Lancashire coast last weekend for the annual Blackpool Tower special. The competition will be no less intense on coming back to familiar territory, though, as the celebrities and their seasoned dancing partners draw closer to the grand final. Judges Shirley Ballas, Bruno Tonioli, Darcey Bussell and Craig Revel Horwood are on hand to assess each pairing's skills as they perform their individual routines, before they all tackle the Paso Doble at the same time in a 'Pasodoblathon'. As ever, though, the impressing the judges is only half of the battle, as the stars must also gain the approval of the viewing public, who are given a chance to have their say over who should stay in the running.

Strictly Come Dancing Show Summary

The show pairs a number of celebrities with professional ballroom dancers who each week compete against each other to impress a panel of judges and the viewing public in order to survive potential elimination. Through telephone voting, viewers vote for whom they would like to stay, the results of the poll being combined with the ranking of the panel of judges.

The show is broadcast live on BBC One on Saturday evenings, and is presented by Bruce Forsyth and Tess Daly. The judging panel consists mainly of Bruno Tonioli, Len Goodman and Craig Revel Horwood.
