The remaining contestants try to serve the 300 pilots and crew from the USAF Air Demonstration Squadron based at Nellis AFB with the same Pride, Precision and Professionalism on deck that the Thunderbirds show in the air. Guest judege: Mark Peel.

The contestants must tap into their traditional cooking skills when they're asked to show their mastery of French cuisine, and as if that's not stress enough tonight's judges are some of the biggest names in the industry: Daniel Boulud, Hubert Keller, Joel Robuchon and Jean Joho.

The remaining contestants must corral their wits and skills after a night spent under the stars when they're asked to perform chuckwagon duties for some local cowboys. Guest judge: Tim Love.

The chefs must work their own magic when asked to deconstruct a vintage recipe and re-imagine its components into dishes with their own signatures for Penn & Teller. Guest judge: Michelle Bernstein.

The contestants cater a dinner for the chefs in the Macy's Culinary Council, but first they must make it through the QuickFire where Lady Luck again holds all the cards – or rather reels.

The chefs create their version of Charlie Palmer's annual Pigs & Pinot event at his restaurant Aureole, hoping to perfectly pair their pork dishes with wine.

The dreaded round returns, this time in an existing restaurant, and the chefs will have to watch their Ps and Qs, because the guest judge owns the restaurant. Guest judge: Rick Moonen.
