New season, new coaches, new day and time. The Ultimate Fighter returns for its 17th season with new coaches Jon Jones and Chael Sonnen ready to check out the new hopefuls ready to enter the competition.

In the first fight between teams, Jon Jones elects to choose Gilbert Smith to fight Luke Barnatt.

Team Sonnen looks to continue its winning streak by choosing Uriah Hall to fight Adam Cella.

Team Jones is still looking for their first win as Collin Hart takes on Kevin Casey.

Team Sonnen continues to dominate. Up next Kelvin Castellum vs. Bubba McDaniel plus Mickey Rourke makes a guest appearance.

First round fights continue Tor Troeng vs. Josh Samman.

With control of the next fight, Jones elects to gamble and put his first pick Clint Hestor against Jimmy Quinlan.

After two fighters face off in the last preliminary fight, the coaches decide on the wildcard matchup. Also: Jones and Sonnen face off in a unique and difficult coaches challenge.

Two preliminary losers face off in the wild-card match; the teams unite for a Thanksgiving feast; a fighter calls out a competitor for the quarterfinals before Dana announces the matchups.

Quarterfinals continue: Kevin Gastelum looks to make quick work of Collin Hart, and Dylan Andrews looks to knock Luke Barnatt.

Quarterfinals conclude with Josh Samman squaring off against Jimmy Quinlan and Uriah Hall facing Bubba McDaniel.

Semifinal bouts include Josh Samman vs. Kelvin Gastelum and Uriah Hall vs. Dylan Andrews. Winners advance to the April 13 finale. Also: a visit to the Harley Davidson showroom to look at one of the prizes for being named The Ultimate Fighter.
