When Frank links two seemingly unrelated murders he finds that a killer seems to be committing murders in the exact style of serial killer Richard Hance, whom Frank put behind bars twenty years ago. The case warrants Frank's attention, and he is forced to his personal demons before he can help Bletcher track down the copycat killer...

A Valentine's Day episode shows that while dating is tough when you're a teenager, it's even tougher when you're a teenage witch. Just as Sabrina and Harvey are about to share their first kiss, Salem desperately interrupts them. Sabrina's cat isn't trying to be a pest, and no, he's not jealous; rather, the feline knows that a kiss from Sabrina will turn Harvey - or any boy for that matter - into a frog. In order to reverse the tragic spell, Sabrina must pass the Witches' Council's "Test of True Love" to prove that her feelings for Harvey are genuine; and Hilda takes the opportunity to demonstrate the depth of her attachment to Drell (rather less successfully).

After Admiral Chegwidden and his date, Dr. Laura DeLaney, trip a booby trap meant for him while jogging, Chegwidden decides to break off his relationship with her for her safety. Chegwidden also finds a small Buddha statue with a hole through its belly - the calling card of a long dead sniper he knew back in Vietnam. To make matters worse, ex-CIA agent Osbourne reappears to gloat about the situation. However, when another attempt on Chegwidden's life kills Laura, he decides it is time to take the gloves off. The only question is what will he do when he gets hands on Laura's killer?

Beavis and Butt-head go to the Grand Opening of a lingerie store. They figure if they fondle a bra, that later when the bra is actually worn by a woman, they will have had their hands where her boobs will be. This arouses them, so they fondle every item in the store.

Beavis and Butt-head find themselves with head lice, and try to come up with a way to get rid of them without paying for an expensive prescription shampoo.

The new mural is unveiled but Jayne isn't there after a car crash as Josh deals with the fact his family have died.
