The "Favorites" return from Tribal Council and reflect on the Jonny Fairplay vote. The next morning the "Fans" use their flint but have a hard time getting fire and then fight over where they will slee and build their new shelter. Later in the afternoon however, the tribe is successful in getting fire and boiling water and food. Mikey B and Mary begin a little flirting, meanwhile the "Favorites", Ozzy admits to really liking Amanda and Parvati and James continue to flirt themselves. That night Ozzy and Amanda kiss which makes Jonathan and Cirie nervous about their "couple alliance".
At the Immunity/Reward Challenge, "Favorites" win fishing gear and send 1 of the "Fans" to Exile Island and choose one of their own to join the exiled contestant. When Kathy and Cirie go to Exile they search hard for the hidden immunity idol.
Back on the "Fans" beach, the tribe discuss who to vote for between Chet and Tracy. But Joel feels uncomfortable that Mikey B. thinks he is in control. Then Joel turns the focus to vote Mary out to weaken Mikey. At Tribal Council, Joel is confident his plan will work.

The two teams sell rides on a horse and buggy business in Central Park. While Empresario worked exceptionally well together, Hydra seemed to go completely into self-destruct mode . . . and still shockingly made more money for the win. All proceeds went to Project Manager Piers's charity. Empresario went to the boardroom, where no one was fired, a first for Apprentice history.

While investigating the disappearance of a missing man, Sam and Dean have to break in to the place where he disappeared, but they get caught, and Dean is shot and killed by the owner. When Sam wakes up the next morning he is shocked, Dean is alive, but as the day continues Sam realizes that they are re-living the previous day so he tries to stop Dean from getting shot, but he fails and Dean dies again... and again... and again, so Sam has to learn how to continue on without his brother.

OCC packs their gear and hikes into their next project--a custom chopper for Gander Mountain, an outdoor lifestyle company. As design gets underway, Junior decides to go with an off-road theme. But a disagreement over fabrication leads to a full-scale blowout that brings the project to a screeching halt. OCC then ventures out into the wilderness to test their survival skills.

Meanwhile, Victory has a problem with the downsizing of her company to just one employee, herself. However, she is very intrigued by her new man, Joe Bennett, who turns out to be a very different person than the one she thought.
