When Homer and his friends trash the town after the baseball team wins a championship, Springfield's children are blamed for the damage. The angry kids start a secret radio broadcast that reveals the adults' secrets to the world.

Jackie invites everyone to her fathers cabin. Eric fells this is the perfect romantic place for himself and Donna. Though not to long before the trip, Kelso kisses another girl, and when Jackie finds out she tells him he can't go to the cabin. He thinks they are messing with him until they take off. So then Kelso decides to follow them. Back home Kitty and Red get upset with each other.

Mulder and Scully have 24 hours to save A.D. Skinner from being killed by a biologically engineered disease. The disease appears to be created by a shadowy government organization, but in order to save Skinner's life they must determine who wants him dead and why. With Skinner's condition worsening, Mulder seeks assistance from Senator Matheson, who he hopes can provide some answers and help him to find a cure.
