Terry discovers how hard his new job as Batman is when he squares off against his first super-powered foe, Inque -- a shape-shifting woman sabotaging Foxteca for Derek Powers. Things go from bad to worse when he accidentally leads her right into the Batcave. Stockard Channing and Shannon Kenny make their first appearances as Commissioner Barbara Gordon and Inque.

Homer and his friends travel to the Super Bowl, then discover their tickets are fakes. Meanwhile Marge and Lisa attempt to pass the time with an arts and crafts project endorsed by Vincent Price.

After Peter heavily drinks at a bachelor party, even though he told Lois he would not, he gets fired from his job at the Happy-go-Lucky toy factory for being hung over. Peter soon applies for welfare, but after a mix-up, gets sent a check for $150,000. Eventually, Lois finds out, and Peter decides to return the money by dumping it from a blimp at the Super Bowl. He is arrested as a result, and his family ends up coming to his rescue.

Tony keeps having strange nightmares and some involve a naked Dr. Melfi, so he decides to have her followed. Christopher continues to worry even after he leaves the emergency room about who really beat him up. Tony decides that he is going to resolve all his issues with Uncle Junior. Meanwhile, after Anthony, Jr. continues to get into fights at school, Meadow decides to complicate things for him by finally revealing what their dad really does for a living.
