Eric seeks help from one of Mary's former boyfriends, Wilson West (guest-star Andrew Keegan) after newly teen father Charlie (guest-star Eric Panler) confesses to Eric that he has made a terrible mistake with his girlfriend Leanne and can't handle the responsibility of being a young dad to his baby. Lucy and Kevin argue over which OB/GYN doctor they prefer during the course of her pregnancy. Meanwhile, Kevin's brother Ben (guest-star Geoff Stults) shows up in town and has taken an unusual interest in the couple's pregnancy, which only makes matters worse when Ben sides with Lucy's choice of doctor as well as taking an interest into Lucy's potential female OB/GYN doctor. Lastly, Ruthie has hidden intentions for wanting to hang out with Martin and his best friend Mac (guest-star Kyle Searles) all of the sudden, which only leads to disappointment since Mac thinks of her more as a little sister.

With Sikozu's help, everyone manages to escape from the Scarren prison. Joining up with D'Argo, Jothee, Chiana and other Luxans they cripple and leave the Scarren ship and return to Moya.

Stunt #1: Water Paddle Contestants would be locked onto a vertical spinning wheel by one wrist and both ankles. As they were dunked repeatedly in and out of the water, they would have to unlock themselves from all the shackles, pull a release cord, and swim to a buoy to stop the clock. The two men and the two women to complete this stunt the fastest would advance to the next round. The others would be eliminated.

Charlie meets his match when he falls for a woman who's better at playing hard to get than he is.

It's crunch time for OCC as they rush to complete their tribute to the boys in blue. Tensions in the shop rise to complete this one of a kind bike in time.

An 18-year-old girl is stabbed to death in a bathroom of a popular Miami nightclub. Horatio learns that the victim was an investigative aide working for Alcohol Beverage Control and was monitoring underage drinking. As Horatio interviews the club's owner, an unknown man drives by the club, sees that the police are there, and crashes his car while fleeing the scene. However, the case gets more complicated when they discover another murdered victim inside the car. DNA from the second victim's watch ultimately leads them to a day spa where the services may not be entirely legal. Meanwhile, Calleigh and Ryan work together to determine whether an insecure and underage teenager at the club that night had anything to do with the murder.

A woman shows up looking for Nessa who claims to be in contact with her father and says he wants to communicate with her. She begins asking Ed about he father's death but then she is lead into a trap that could affect the entire casino. Will Ed be able to stop her before she gets away with millions? Mike and Danny battle each other to find the person responsible for copying a new video game.

Orihime and her friend Tasuki are being attacked by a Hollow who was once Orihime's brother. Ichigo shows up and begins fighting with him. Orihime's brother is also struggling to gain control. Orihime is almost killed but her soul remains attached to her chain. Finally Orihime's brother gains control long enough to say one last goodbye to his sister before Ichigo sends his soul off to the Soul Society.
