He then divides them into two teams, men vs. women, and sends them to the kitchen to prepare their signature dishes. After presenting the dishes to Chef Ramsay, he sends them up to study the menu and prepare for dinner service, which, unfortunately, does not go as he had hoped.

In the biggest Off Site Challenge ever, contestants were faced with preparing 8000 canapandeacute;s for 2000 guests on the PandO Pacific Jewel, who would vote for their favourite team's menu. Under the guidance of a PandO sous chef (plus an extra helper for the Red Team to make up the numbers), each team prepared 1000 of four different canapandeacute;s. The Blue Team struggled early and opted to buy the help of another chef for 100 votes.
