The Nakum team members push a giant ball to victory, at one point causing an intense argument between Bobby Jon and Jamie. Yaxha is sent back to their camp while Nakum competes in the second challenge, where Judd inadvertantly helps Rafe secure himself immunity. Back at the Mayan ruins, Judd invites a disagreement when he drinks too many beers, and that comes into account at Tribal Council when the rivalry between he and Margaret comes to a head, resulting in Margaret's elimination. Later, Rafe is given the right to give one of the Yaxha members Immunity, but his choice of Gary turns out to have no impact on the results when everyone votes out Brian.

They are rewarded by spending time in the studio creating a new CD with rapper Wyclef Jean. Capital Edge again returns to the boardroom, Trump must determine if poor people skills or poor project management skills are more detrimental to team success, and when he finally makes his decision, he goes with the former and fires Kristi.

Nevertheless, once Kyle starts playing he is extremely good and Ephram is intrigued.

Karen is finally forced to come to terms with her feelings for her presumed-dead husband when Jack surprisingly tells her he thinks she belongs with Stanley, not Malcolm. Meanwhile, the new, charitable Will begins doting on the elderly Clyde and invites him to the Tenth Anniversary Game Night Spectacular, much to Grace's dislike. He is worried that he will end up like Clyde one day--a lonely old gay, but it turns out that the old man and Will don't have as much in common as originally thought.

As Luka struggles with whether or not to tell her about her accident, Blaire tries to make sense of her flashes of memories, resulting in a tragic event. In the ER, Luka and Clemente clash over her treatment, and Luka finally tells her what happened, possibly too late. Abby visits her cancer patient, leading her to get a baseline mammogram. Dr. Dubenko's surgery goes well, and Ray meets a new girl at a rock concert.

Seven years earlier, university professor Thomas Beal confessed to and was convicted of the murder of his student lover, even though no body was found. After Skye Petersen's backpack surfaces in a pawn shop and video surveillance shows it was dropped off by someone who looked remarkably like Skye would have if she had lived, Jack reopens the case, concerned that his investigative tactics seven years earlier led to Beal confessing to a crime he didn't commit.
