When Lorelai discovers that Luke's boat is no longer in her garage, the void she feels without Luke seems even more painful. Luke agrees to build sets for the elementary school's production of 'Fiddler on the Roof,' knowing that Lorelai is the costume designer and hoping that their paths will cross. Meanwhile, Rory and Marty makes plans to spend a day together, but Logan drops by Rory's dorm room and convinces them to come out to dinner. After a terrible evening with Logan's clique, Marty tells Rory how much he likes her, but she admits she has a crush on Logan.

A severely broken arm reveals a bizarre case of bone loss and ends the comeback plans of major league pitcher Hank Wiggen. House suspects Hank with a history of drug abuse is lying about using steroids, as his condition worsens. When Hank's kidneys start to fail, his wife offers to donate hers, but she would have to abort her early pregnancy. Forced into an impossible solution, and admitting failure as an addict, Hank tries to take his own life. House and his team must isolate and fix the problem soon if this pitcher's life, as well his career, can be saved. Meanwhile, Foreman dates a pharmaceutical representative and House is stuck with two tickets and ends up going on a "date" with Cameron...to a monster truck rally.

A Marine falls off a cliff, and his camera records him falling. The prime suspects are his wife and his best friend with whom he had a picnic in the camp. Gibbs finds out they had an affair behind a dead man's back and he tries to persuade one another to blame each other. In the meantime, Abby reconstructs the case using her computer skills to handle the Marine's camera.

The 24 finalists chosen last week continue their quest for the American Idol crown as the Top 12 girls perform live for the first time. The choice is up to America as they vote for their favorites. Who will survive and who will go home?

When a wealthy couple is found dead in their home, Benson and Stabler soon realise that their deaths are connected to a drug smuggling ring. Eventually the road leads back to the same drug dealers who forced a former assistant district attorney into hiding, and Alex Cabot comes home to face her enemies.

In the second episode of The Apprentice the boys didn't tell the girls the phone call had come through and cheekily left them in bed. They had just 20 minutes to leave the house when they finally woke up.

The two teams, boys v girls, had two days to research, design, make and present a new children's toy.

The girls chose Lindsay as their team leader she was determined to choose a toy she had invented. Secret Signals were cards for children to make semaphore signals. She even imposed it on the rest after both the team and a group of children had voted it down.

Raj was chosen as Impact project manager as he had some experince in this field.

First Forte wasted a lot of time on another toy, a robot, that may well have won if Lindsay had not enforced her preference on the others.

The boys developed an electronic game. Both teams presented their games to senior executives at a games company who recommended the boys' game should win. Sir Alan agreed with them and declared the boys the winners. They went off clay pigeon shooting. The girls had a coffee at a transport caf? before returning to see who would be fired.

Lindsay chose Miriam and Adele to join her for the final showdown with Sir Alan. Alan questioned them all about who should be fired Miriam and Adele both stated Lindsay while she picked Adele. Sugar questioned Miriam loyaltys: she did not give her thoughts on the Robot or Secret Signals remaing "fifty-fifty while Adele is questioned about what she did at all and asked to step up to Project Manager in the near future.

Alan Sugar could not forgive Lindsay for neglecting all the feedback and blamed Adele and Miriam beahivor on her. Lindsay was fired. In her taxi home, she later confess that she brought Miriam into the boardroom to 'gang up' against Adele the 'weak' link.
