The nine remaining teams began the leg in Scotland and raced through to Lisbon, Portugal to face a Detour 'Old School' or 'New School'. In Old School teams had to deliver a ninety-pound barrel of port wine to a nearby restaurant in the town of Porto. In New School teams had to load crates of Port wine bottles and from there they must take it into the city where they had to deliver it. The first choice was less physically demanding but both choices were seemingly tricky.

The Roadblock for this leg required team members to enter a soccer game and block one penalty kick from another soccer player in order to receive their next clue.



Once the Roadblock was completed the nine teams had to walk 1.5 miles to the Torre De Belem. This 460-year-old fortress was the pit stop for this leg of the race.

Some teams found it difficult to locate the place while others found it easier.



In one of the mosts serious and surprising endings ever for this show, one team made a critical error when it came to following the instructions on the clue in regards to the method of transit to the Pit Stop. As such, they arrived in first place, but were eliminated from the race.

Dawson's manages to 'get the girl' when a producer visits the "Wicked Dead" movie set to fire Natasha and close down production. Audrey is excited when asked to be the lead singer of Emma's band but is crushed when Pacey misses the gig. Joey demands the truth from Eddie.

The ladies sit down with Chris and are told that a personality they took during the application process for the show was actually a compatibility test, to see who is most compatible with Aaron. The three women who are the most compatible will get individual dates with Aaron, and the other three will share him on a group date.
First Individual Date: Heather Spa Evening in Santa Barbara
The other ladies are surprised when Heather gets the first date box, as they don't see Aaron and Heather together. Aaron expects that she will be very forward and try to kiss him, based on what she said in the previous night's video diary. They take a helicopter up to Santa Barbara, and Heather is smitten by Aaron â- she says that she finally knows what love means. As they get massages, Heather says she is feeling an incredible attraction between them, and she can see Aaron as the man in her life. Meanwhile, Aaron describes the date as "just fun".
