On Raro, some people aren't very happy with Jonathan's directions at camp. Later, the five Raro members and the four Aitu members merge into one tribe called Aitutonga.
The Aitu members feel vulnerable, so Yul creates a plan to get Jonathan to flip sides. Jonathan later becomes the swing vote at Tribal Council. He decides to betray the Raro tribe and join the Aitu alliance to vote out Nate.

Betty is left alone during an important photo shoot during which the photographer, Bruno, has come up with questionable concepts. Meanwhile, Daniel wants people to believe he is a family man, Mr. Green interrogates a mortician about the remains of a client and Ignacio gets in trouble with Immigration and Customs.

The Cadillac of an infamous 1970s mob boss turns up in a lake, even though he disappeared years ago. A photo of current murder victims also turns up in the car, so the team must determine whether this current murder spree is related to the missing gangster.

A traumatic car accident fills the ER. Izzie pushes the boundaries of her probation. Cristina has a crisis of conscience about her deceptive teamwork with Burke.

An assistant district attorney is gunned down along with a high-priced hooker in the prostitute's car. The investigation reports the victim had wanted to prosecute narcotics cases and not domestic disputes, and she may have been working the call girl on targeting a drug dealer with whom she had a relationship. Meanwhile, Julie considers going to the next step with Eddie.

Its Thanksgiving in the ER, and everyone prepares for the festivities. Luka and Abby's shared feast is delayed when a medical evacuation flight to transfer an older patient puts Abby in the middle of a bus crash scene where she earns the respect of the flight crew. Luka shares concerns about a worrisome former patient with the police, who have doubts about what he thinks is happening. Pratt turns to Kerry after learning about Chaz, and Gates tries to charm Neela, but Meg adds a sour note.
