At Morgan, morale is low as the tribe is suffering from two immunity loses. Lillian especially is down as she feels she has lost her best friend on the tribe, Ryan S., meanwhile Andrew thinks Osten needs to mentally toughen up.



Since Drake has their first clue, they decide to search for their treasure chest and have no luck. After the tribe gets tree mail, Sandra and Jon argue about who is the better swimmer between them. Jon vows Sandra won't be in the final four and definately won't win. The at the Reward Challenge, Morgan lose and Drake get blankets and pillows.



When Morgan wakes up the next day, Lill goes off fishing alone and Ryan O. feels the tribe should not spread out on its own. Lill returns from fishing empty handed and with a missing hook.



For the third time, Drake won the Immunity Challenge in a brawn testing battle, and Lillian, with all her efforts to stay in the tribe, got voted out.

Ross tries to convince everyone that he's okay with Joey and Rachel being together, while Phoebe gets an unusual offer from her half-brother.

A run-in with her old flame Sean and an accident in her new car lead Elliot to the realization that nothing good has happened to her in the three years she has been at Sacred Heart. This realization drives her to take drastic measures, including a complete makeover, both inside and out, in an attempt to change her luck.

Meanwhile, J.D. gets stuck with a patient, whose diagnosis he can't quite pin down, and when Dr. Cox denies him any assistance, he looks to Carla and Turk to help him out.

While Dr. Cox is busy not helping J.D., he takes the time to make amends with Dr. Kelso.

When the lead suspects in Grissom's serial killer case are murdered, Grissom suspects an inside job. Grissom and Brass are at odds when Grissom suggests it was a cop. Catherine and Sara investigate what happened to a college football fan when his bloated body is found in a bathtub.

When Leo invites his hip and trendy ex-girlfriend to a friendly dinner party, Grace turns to Will, Jack and Karen to round out the guest list and keep the night running smoothly. However, when Leo's ex turns out to be the only girl Will ever slept with, Grace's jealousy gets the better of her. Meanwhile, Karen discovers Lorraine's teacup poodle Chompers hiding in Stan's closet and searches for a new owner for the puppy.

Believing Luka is dead, Carter returns to the Congo. There, he learns about Lukas fate from Charles and Gillian, and begins his search for Lukas body. In flashbacks, we see Luka from the time Carter left 22 days earlier. Still at the Matenda clinic and under threat, Luka contracts malaria as he cares for his remaining patients. He, Patrique, Chance and her mother and are soon captured by Mai Mai, and held with a group of prisoners the Mai-Mai execute. With the help of Debbie, a Red Cross worker, Carter and Gillian find their way to where the bodies from Matenda are kept, but Lukas is not among them. They learn one man, a priest is still alive, and discover it's Luka. As the flashbacks continue, we see that a cross given to Luka by Chances mother along with Lukas prayers lead the Mai-Mai to believe he is a priest, which saves his life. Carter, Debbie and Gillian find Luka in a compound nearby, close to death. Gillian accompanies Luka on a plane home to Chicago. Carter decides to remain, giving Luka a letter to take to Abby.

When a priest disappears Jack begins to think that the man is involved in some wrongdoing rather than the possible victim of a crime.
