A demon named Haas commits murders based on the Alice In Wonderland story, in an attempt to lure the sisters out of hiding. An impulsive Billie tries to stop him, and instead becomes his prisoner. Meanwhile, a disguised Phoebe gets her old job back at the newspaper, a disguised Piper gets her old job back at P3, and Paige joins the police academy.

When Stan's father passes away, Stan reveals his real father is actually Jack Smith, a super suave spy. Jack convinces Stan to quit the CIA and work with him at the Scarlet Alliance, an ultra-secret spy group. Francine is upset with Stan, who is busy training with Jack for a mission involving uranium, artwork and terrorists. But when the FBI shows up at the Smiths' house looking for an international jewel thief, Francine suspects Jack is the fake.

Lilly re-opens the case of young girl, an overweight college freshman named Laurie, who died in a fraternity house fire in 2004. The fire was deemed accidental at the time, but a cell phone photo e-mailed from the girl's phone just moments before her death prompts a closer examination.

Lastly, pharmacist George reemerges in Bree's life, which sets off an alarm to mother-in-law Phyllis and her suspicions surrounding her son's death.

There's tension between Meredith and Addison. We find out why Derek and Addison aren't together. Bailey puts George on an impossible case. The rest of the interns operate on a family that was just in a car accident.

Logan and his new partner, Barek, investigate a series of robberies in mom-and-pop jewelry stores that are escalating in the level of violence. After a home investigation leads them to a young junkie, Barek and Logan are soon led to a mother-and-son crime team, and the mother is pulling all the strings. Logan is uncomfortable when Barek uses his past to get through to their suspect.

Caesar is in the middle of a fight with Pompey's forces when he realizes that he's become severely outnumbered. He sends a request to Mark Antony in hopes of having him come with reinforcements, though Mark Antony is deciding whether or not he should join Caesar or try to stay as Rome as a ruler himself. Meanwhile, Niobe discovers that the man she loved while Vorenus was gone has recently been murdered, though such turns out to be the catalyst for her renewed love for her husband.

When the Grand Jury convenes on the military leak investigation, Santos and Vinick are left to deal with the fallout. Vinick deftly handles the issue, but Santos, bound by party loyalty, is forced to take the same stance as the Bartlet administration.

Larry seeks professional help to secure information about his past. Meanwhile, his place as a gay rights supporter hits a snag.
