When a group of super-humans invade and take control of a Klingon Bird-of-Prey, the Klingons want retaliation. Starfleet orders Captain Archer and his crew to take the Enterprise and retrieve the Klingon ship before any more damage can be done. The crew takes Dr. Arik Soong, a prisoner of Starfleet because he stole the embryos to create these super-humans, aboard, to help find the Bird-of-Prey. But along the way, the crew comes under attack by the Orion, who capture T'Pol and several crew members as slaves. Archer must go to the slave market and rescue his crewmen before it's too late, and Dr. Soong is the only person that can help them get in.

A new woman arrives in town seeking Dylan's aid. She reveals that she was a Commonwealth scientist before it fell and that she is trapped in a time loop. Dylan attempts to save her from her fate and decipher the code that will restore Seefra to its proper alignment.

Gods tells Joan to help her mother collect clothes for the homeless; Kevin attempts stand-up comedy in order to impress Beth; Will wants to counter-sue the Bakers.

Kerry doubts Bridget's ability to put together the school's Halloween party as part of her Student Body President duties. Meanwhile C.J. is hired as the party's security guard and sets his sights on catching Rory pulling off a prank, and Jim finds himself under attack by the neighborhood kids when he refuses to hand out candy to the trick-or-treaters.

A Marine Colonel is on the President's short list to become the new Judge Advocate General sparking controversy while Harm & Mac investigate a Navy Ensign accused of shooting a Canadian fisherman.

The remaining acts in the competition have to perform for the second time. The judges are critical of some of the performances. Once everyone has finished performing the phone lines are opened for tonight's vote.

Kate returns later in the evening with the all important results. Verity and Two To Go discover that they are in the bottom two and have to sing again in the final showdown. Louis and Simon both elect to save their own acts leaving Sharon with the deciding vote. She decides to save Two To Go leaving Verity eliminated from the competition.

Abs is shocked when Ellen asks him to marry her this week. He is even more shocked when she reveals that the only reason she wants to marry him is because her visa is running out. When she sees how taken aback Abs is, she tells him she can't go back Ukraine because she will have to face her abusive father but is Ellen telling the truth? Also Comfort is asked to identify a body and breaks down when the body is Fin.
