After a miserable night, morning comes upon the final five All-stars. As Jenna L. and Rupert collect coconuts and plot against Rob M., they're horrified to find Rob M. himself standing behind Rupert. Rob M. and Amber realize Jenna L. and Rupert have no intention of going to the final four with them. Rob M. wins the Reward Challenge, winning a car and movie night with Amber, who later leans that by virtue of Rob M.'s invitation, that SHE'S won a car as well! The next morning, Rob M. starts a fight between Big Tom and Rupert. After Immunity Challenge, the alliance of Big Tom, Rob M. and Amber decide on Jenna L., but it is Big Tom who gets voted out.

Carter notices that the baby is not kicking. A visit to the hospital reveals he has died in utero, and labor must be induced. 19 members of Neela's family are coming into town for her graduation. Abby, Neela and Lester graduate from medical school. Steve continues his efforts to get Sam back, visiting Luka at work and sending Sam a box of ice cream sundaes. Pratt refuses to believe that a patient of his is in congestive heart failure. Weaver suggests to Abby that she will match at County, unless she fails her boards. Rachel Greene is in town "looking at colleges," although she has a favor to ask of Corday.

The team looks for a college football coach who goes missing after being fired for his role in the team's dismal season performance, but the investigation soon uncovers that the coach's new policy of suspending players who had academic and behavioral issues caused the football team to repeatedly play without its main players and suffer defeats. The team begin to suspect that it was some of the angry players, or members of the school administration and even a high-stakes gambler who all are facing financial losses resulting from the teams losing streak. Meanwhile, Malone must make a difficult decision when his wife surprises him with her strong desire to relocate their family to Chicago, where she has just been offered a great job.
