After Bart starts receiving death threats from his nemesis Sideshow Bob, the Simpsons enter the Witness Relocation Program and move to a "Cape Fear"-esque town several miles away.

When Niles points out a column in the News Paper by Derek Mann saying 'I Hate Frasier Crane', Frasier becomes furious. Still infuriated by the remark, Frasier makes some ill comments towards Derek Mann on his radio show. After hearing his coments, Derek Mann calls in and challenges Frasier to a fist fight. Frasier boldly accepts, but everyone knows it won't end well.

Frank Costanza gets George an interview for a bra salesman position. Elaine's boyfriend adds exclamation marks to everything he writes, and Elaine gets offended when he doesn't use an exclamation mark in a note he wrote her. Everyone suspects that Jerry's accountant is using drugs and Jerry, Newman and Kramer try to find out if the suspicion is true or not.

Beavis and Butt-head learn they can donate sperm to make a little cash. They aren't exactly the ideal sperm donors, and they break plenty of things inside the clinic, but the doctor wants their sperm anyway.

The roommates' concerns about the house always being overrun by Glen's friends are addressed when Glen is confronted in a house meeting. Perch's seemingly permanent residence in the house strikes a nerve with all of the roommates as the band overruns the house. Glen is held responsible and angrily defends himself by claiming none of the roomies are trying to really get to know one another. In order to bond, the roommates create and play a question/answer game where they ask each other probing, personal questions. The roommates discover unknown common ground, and Tami gains newfound respect for Beth A. When Beth A. suggests feeding the homeless together, everyone gets involved. The roomies support Jon at the finals for the country western singer contest; Jon is triumphant.
