In "Superheroes", Tacky Shirt Man (Colin) tries to find the lost loud colors, along with On the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown Boy (Ryan), the Mick Jagger Kid (Chip), and Junkyard Dog on a Chain Kid (Wayne); audience members Flo and Carmen provide "Sound Effects" for Ryan and Colin, two English knights defending the castle and their demanding queen from an approaching barbaric army; Ryan and Chip get a "Newsflash" from Colin, who is reporting from various painful sports bloopers; "Scenes from a Hat" include "if actors were completely honest during their awards acceptance speeches", "circus acts that didn't last long", and "odd things for a lounge singer to sing about".
Wayne wins, so the rest make fun of the Backstreet Boys in a "Hoedown".

The Source breaks an ancient agreement between good and evil, and taps into an ultimate power source known as The Hollow. This all powerful vapor has the ability to consume the powers of any supernatural being, good or evil.

Ross has trouble revealing to Mona that he now lives with Rachel. Chandler and Monica are horrified after watching a birthing video.

Grissom investigates the murder of a Las Vegas photographer whose remains were dumped at a nearby body farm where CSIs routinely study corpses, and his findings reveal that the man was apparently shot to death even though there are no bullet fragments in the body. Also, Grissom's leadership is questioned by some members of his staff.

Stewie is addicted to the British hot children's show "Jolly Farm Review" based on Mother Maggie, a benevolent figure who looks after kids on a farm. Brian makes fun of Stewie for watching the show, but Stewie is determined to visit Jolly Farm in England because he thinks he belongs there. He stows away on a British Airways jet, which he assumes is headed for London. Brian tries to drag Stewie off the plane, but before he can, the plane takes off. When the plane lands, they discover that they are in Saudi Arabia are stranded in the middle of a desert with no passports or resources to get out. As luck would have it, Brian and Stewie encounter a Comfort Inn in the middle of nowhere and manage to steal a hot-air balloon to fly home, but the contraption falls apart over Italy, just as the Pope is about to address the masses. Brian wants to head home, but Stewie insists on finding the Jolly Farm in England. When they finally get to England, Stewie runs onto the set of the show. His fantasy is crushed when he encounters only a set full of props and disgruntled people, including Mother Maggie.



Meanwhile, Lois and Peter travel to KISS-stock, where Lois embarrasses herself because she doesn't know the lyrics to a KISS song. She redeems herself though when it's revealed that she once hooked up with band leader Gene Simmons!

A desperate Jack seeks to 'in' his rival for the last spot in the Manhattan Gay Men's Chorus that will tour Europe by dangling a motivated Grace as date-bait before him to prove that he's actually straight. Meanwhile, a scheming Karen tries to pass off an unwitting Will as her lover and not her lawyer when she discovers that she's the object of pity for being single at her own Valentine's Day party.

The ER faces a staff shortage when several employees are sent home with food poisoning, including Weaver. Mark and Elizabeth's marriage is in crisis following Ella's hospital admission. Adding to his woes, Mark fears his brain tumor may have returned. Eleanor Carter nearly abandons young Mickey after realizing how bad his condition is. Abby pays the price to protect Joyce from her violent husband, Brian, when she is punched by him. Luka later tracks down Brian and threatens to kill him.
