Angel moves to LA, where he meets up with Cordelia, another Sunnydale transplant who comes to work for him, and Doyle, a half-demon who gets visions of people in trouble. Together they try to save a woman who lives in fear of a powerful vampire.

Angel, with the aid of a new friend, tracks a serial hugger whose hunting ground is LA's single bars. Also, Doyle tries to win the affections of Cordelia.

Spike follows Oz to LA, and enlists the help of a demented Vampire to regain the Gem of Amara, a ring that gives the Vampire who wears it great powers of survival. The only problem for Spike is that Angel has the ring.

A desperate young woman, Melissa, pleads for Angel's help, as her disembodied stalker who can detach and reattach his body parts at will, grows more unhappy.

When Cordelia (Charisma Carpenter) flees her roach-infested apartment and lands on Angel's (David Boreanaz) doorstep, the close quarters force Angel to make a deal with Doyle (Glenn Quinn) neither can refuse. Meanwhile, Cordelia's riches-to-rags life may be taking a turn for the better when Doyle finds her the perfect apartment - until she discovers that the bargain rent comes with a price - the apartment is haunted by a former tenant. Officer Kate undergoes a sensitivity training at the police station that turns disasterous when the one instructing it is using black magic on the ones who touch his septer that changes the ones that come into contact with it. Angel must try to fight his way through and figure out who wants Kate gone.

Angel sees his new friend Doyle tortured when his estranged wife comes to town asking for a divorce so she can marry another man. With the wedding just a few days off, Angel agrees to follow her seemingly affable fiance to learn more about this man before Doyle gives his blessing to their union.

This crossover episode continues where the Buffy the Vampire Slayer episode Pangs left off. After Buffy learns that Angel was in Sunnydale watching her, she follows him to LA demanding an explanation. But when a fight with a demon leaves Angel with new powers, finally giving them a shot at a normal relationship, the ultimate sacrifice must be made.

Angel joins Doyle's crusade to save a group of helpless demons from The Scourge - a storm trooper-esque army of pure blood demons that persecute mixed blood demons. Meanwhile, Doyle reveals the reason he was sent to Angel, confesses his true identity to Cordelia and makes the ultimate sacrifice for his friends.

Old Buffy star Wesley rolls into town as a Rogue Demon Hunter and befriends Angel Investigations. Cordelia is given a new gift left behind by Doyle and is learning how to deal with it. Wesley helps Angel when Cordelia is captured for an auction.

Angel is having horrific dreams in which he is again an evil vampire who is slaying innocent people. He awakes every time to discover that the cuddles he dreamed of have occurred, but he can't remember whether he committed them or not.

When Cordelia mysteriously wakes up several months pregnant, Angel must find out what caused it and who or what is growing inside of her before it comes out.

Angel joins forces with a warrior princess to save the enslaved women of her homeland from a dangerous patriarchal society of fierce warriors.

Buffy comes to Los Angeles seeking vengeance under the guise of protecting Angel from Faith's unhappy nature, but Buffy is shocked and hurt to discover her former love siding with her nemesis. Meanwhile, Wesley is faced with a crisis of loyalties when the Watcher's Council offers a chance at reinstatement if he gives up Faith.

Angel tracks down a millionaire's blackmailer, but gets caught in the middle of a gang war between street kids and vampires and meets the leader of the vampire hunters, Charlesballoonn.

Angel agrees to help Lindsey McDonald crack the secret files of Wolfram & Hart to save a group of children from a demonic assassin. Ultimately, Lindsay isn't quite sure if he can stick by his decision to betray the firm and sabotage the deadly mission.

Angel faces his biggest challenge yet when Wolfram & Harts newest demon finds a way to take out Cordelia and Wesley and leave Angel to fend for himself. Angel calls onballoonn for help, while he goes out tohug the demon that has taken the Shanshu Prophecy and intends to use it to raise yet another demon from Hell.
