The Gilmore girls cram one-and-a-half weeks of school shopping and activities into three days so Rory can attend her Yale Orientation. But Luke takes the cake; he got married on the summer cruise he went on with Nicole, but there's more, he's already filing for divorce.

Bridget finds her popularity waning because of her exclusive, long distance relationship with Donny, while Kerry's social status skyrockets because of her relationship with Kyle. But Bridget's eyes begin to stray when she meets Damian - a sexy new kid at school. While on Air Force One, a Navy Commander dies. Agents from NCIS decide to take the investigation into their own hands and also force Secret Service Agent Kate Todd to help. Now the NCIS team has to figure out if the Navy Officer's death was of natural causes or not.

When Jim finds out that Cheryl has been paying 7 dollars to have the groceries delivered to their house, he insists that he does the shopping himself in order to save that incredible amount of money. Once at the supermarket, he sees how married men are "domesticated" by their wives and decides to rebel against Cheryl by shopping everything but the items on the list. Cheryl decides to turn the table on Jim and he does the same, until they end up going to a formal party on robes and underwear with their bodies all painted with lipstick. Cheryl finally gives in and they settle on paying the delivery boy the seven dollars in order to spare the Spice Channel subscription.

Can a toilet be made to explode by pouring a flammable liquid into it and lighting a match? Does running in the rain rather than walking get you less wet? Can assassins really use bullets made out of ice so that they leave no trace?

Niles admits to Daphne that when he was a student he had donated sperm to a sperm bank, but when he checks on what happened to it he discovers that it was discarded due to low motility.

Niles accuses Frasier of sabotaging his relationships whenever things start to get serious. Frasier vows to "commit to commitment", and tries to win Julia back. She accepts his apology and sleeps with him, and the pair seems to be getting along well. However, Julia proceeds to offend the entire Crane family during a dinner that Niles and Daphne had scheduled to announce her pregnancy. She even inadvertently spills the beans about the pregnancy (she overheard Niles and Daphne discussing it) before the couple can make the announcement. Frasier tries to excuse her behavior because of his new dedication to commitment, but ultimately dumps her.

In a race against time to find a woman with a high-risk pregnancy who's kidnapped as approaches her delivery date, Benson and Stabler are faced with more than one suspect willing to take the fall for the crime.

Sean and Jude's respective secrets are revealed, and Merril offers Christian an interesting trade: Kimber for a Lamborghini. Christian accepts, but Kimber discovers the truth and exacts a small revenge.
