Hal and Abe fall out over a poker game, Francis gets trapped in a remote cabin during a blizzard and Reese trips the light fantastic at a dance class.

Kahn tries to bribe Bobby to break up with Connie. Connie and Bobby decide to pretend to break up so they can get the money. When Connie's behavior convinces Kahn and Minh that she is depressed without Bobby, they try to push her and Bobby back together. After endless double dates with the parents, they become tired of each other, and decide to break up, to Kahns horror.

Scully is approached by a couple who claim their baby has the same abilities as William and have information about the super soldier program; however, they will only talk to Mulder, believing him the only person who can make the connections and uncover the truth. Scully is forced into an awkward situation when she has to decide whether to put Mulder's life in more danger even though she desperately wants to see him.

The killing of an abortion doctor who was shot in his own apartment sends the detectives on a search for the sniper before someone else becomes the next victim. Carver worries that the case will end up being all about abortion rights.

So, he decides to throw earwigs around in the cafeteria but he was caught in the act and was paunished by working with the lunch lady with the food preparation and serving. Emma secretly started a rumour with her friend about Mr. Armstrong and Liberty, but another student had overheard what she said, and passed it on. Then the word was spread all over the school, changed dramatically to become more interesting until the point where everyone thought the teacher and the student were "doing it". Maybe having Aidan move in wasn't such a good idea, as Carrie feels her apartment overcrowded with stuff that isn't hers and noise that disturbs her alone time. Things only get worse once Carrie's old neighbor tells her she's not moving out until the end of the month, postponing Aidan's plans of breaking the walls. After a big fight, Carrie and Aidan spend three days without talking to each other, until she breaks and apologizes first. After a month of rehab in the hospital Justin is given to his mother to take home. Brian visits Justin every night in the hospital but will not let the nurse tell Justin he was there. Lindsay, Melanie, Ted and Emmett go to Lindsay's sister's wedding and while giving the toast Lindsay ask Melanie to marry her. Justin goes in search of Brian and finds him at Woody's with Michael. Justin and Brian go back to his place where Brian talks about what happened to Justin on that night. Justin tells Brian it was not his fault and the two embrace. Justin then returns to home to a angry mother. The next day Daphne, Brian, and Justin are outside throwing a ball to help Justin get use of his hand when Justin's mom shows up and tells Justin she wants to talk to Brian alone. She then tells Brian to return her son back to him and to never see Justin again. Brian hands her the tennis ball and gets in his jeep and pulls away.

White, Alvarez and other inmates in solitary are temporarily transferred to Em City while repairs are being made.
