Stubborn chef and owner Andy doesn't respond well to Gordon's criticisms and tempers flare.

Some of Laura's favorite memories involve cooking in the kitchen with her grandmother, Mama Rita, so this recent divorcee and mother of two decided to open her own catering company. When the catering company became very successful, Laura opened her own restaurant. She could not resist the temptation for bigger and better things. Laura opened the doors of Mama Rita's in honor of her late grandmother. Shortly after opening the restaurant, Laura was hit with the hard reality that a love for cooking and catering doesn't necessarily translate into running a successful restaurant. Laura is in way over her head. She is losing money and the restaurant is losing money at an exponential rate. Chef Ramsay will have to implement some new fresh ideas to get Mama Rita's running like a restaurant and not like a catering business
