It's once again Spring Break and G.O.B. gets the opportunity to confront Phillip Litt, the magician who used G.O.B.'s magic trick mistakes on the 'Girls with Low Self-Esteem' video. Meanwhile, Michael tricks Lucille into going to rehab by telling her it's a spa, but is forced to go back to Lucille for help when Kitty kidnaps George, Sr. and uses him to blackmail the Bluth family.

A stressed out Piper awaits word from the Elders about Leo's future, but is attacked by demons and ends up comatose. She finds herself in limbo between life and death, and is surprised Cole's spirit waiting for her there. Elsewhere, the Elders try to manipulate Leo into giving up his family, and Drake has to face his impending demise.

Jordan, Woody and Garrett must race against the clock to try and keep an accused murderer behind bars. They quickly have to solve the murders of 14 women killed some 20 years ago. Jordan and Woody use the method of Locard's Exchange. Locard's Exchange means that the perpetrator comes into contact with each crime scene leading something behind and each scene. Emmett Parker killed 14 women with dark hair and evil in the victim's eyes. This makes Jordan and District Attorney Rene Walcott potential victims of Emmett Parker. Now Jordan begins to go backwards in solving the crime she takes evidence from the victim's to help convict Parker.

A new school teacher arrives in camp, and A.W. shows her the town. Al's health improves enough for him to start receiving visitors. Wu is upset that Cy has brought in a cartload of Chinese women and wants to make sure "Swegen" is still on his side. County commissioner Jarry flees Deadwood. Thinking A.W. will be afraid of Yankton, Cy has his guys smash the presses at the Pioneer, but A.W. sees right through it. Woolcot kills a handful of Joanies whores, but Charlie helps her get the rest out of camp before he finishes them all off. Sol tells Seth that he thinks Alma is pregnant.

Susan's mom, Sophie (guest-star Lesley Ann Warren), pays an unannounced visit to Wisteria Lane after she and her boyfriend (guest-star Bob Newhart) call it quits. Meanwhile, Gabrielle faces Carlos' wrath after he learns about the hospital settlement and tries to change their prenuptial agreement in order to keep Gabrielle in check while he serves his jail sentence. Lynette and Bree experience a chill in their friendship after Bree babysits Lynette's kids and dares to discipline Porter. Also, Bree and Rex visit Andrew at the teen rehab camp where they learn some shocking news about their son. Lastly, Felicia gets closer to Zach and reveals some disturbing details about his family's past.

When a bike race leaves one pedestrian brain dead, interns Cristina and Izzie face an emotional crisis of conscience: how long does one wait before they start harvesting his organs? Cristina is all detached professionalism , but ever-hopeful Izzie prays for a miracle. Meanwhile, George avoids a flirtatious patient while Meredith copes with living with roommates and tries to dodge Derek's ever-increasing advances.
