Bart and Milhouse find $20 which they use to go on a Squishee bender in downtown Springfield. With no memories of what accured, Bart is shocked to find out he joined the Junior Campers. Now a full fledged member, he must attend the father son rafting trip with Homer.

Someone's getting fired at the radio station, and some rumours begin to spread. Frasier learns that it might be Bulldog, and Bulldog over hears him talking about it. Panicking, Bulldog decides to quit his job, and explodes on Ned Miller. When Frasier learns that it wasn't Bulldog who was going to get fired, he feels terrible, and decides to do everything he can to get Bulldogs job back.

Elaine finds the perfect man, except the fact that his name is the same as a famous serial killer. Later, Elaine convinces him to change his name and they try to think up possible names. Meanwhile, Jerry dates a masseuse who won't give him a massage and George tries his hardest to get Jerry's girlfriend to like him.

John Cleese introduces a special cartoon about the restoration of Windsor Castle's banquet room after a fire in 1992. As the Queen supervises the work, the Warners arrive and offer to redecorate at a low price. The Queen takes them up on the offer. In order to pay for the restorations the Warners make the guests pay for their food. The Queen acts as cashier and opens up a string of fast food restaurants called "Queen Quisine".

Slappy is charged with assaulting Walter Wolf and tacken to court. Walter claims that Slappy attacked him when he was on his way to cheer her up. In reality, Walter was planning to catapult a beehive into her tree in order to drive Slappy out. Slappy threw the beehive back and Walter fell into his own trap. The jury finds in favor of Slappy because she planted explosives under their chair. Despite winning, she blows them up anyway.
