Homer has to cancel his plans with Marge because he got his arms stuck in two vending machines, so Marge goes out with their neighboor Ruth. It turns out, Ruth is somewhat of a wanted criminal. In a Thelma and Louise style story, Marge and Ruth are being chased by Chief Wiggum and Homer. All the while, Lionel Hutz is left to babysit the children.

When Frasier and Niles see Martin having dinner at a resturaunt with an old friend (Marion), it beings back memories to Frasier and Niles about their childhood when Martin and Esther were arguing a lot, which leads to Frasier and Niles believing that Martin had an affair with Marion.

Kramer invests in a non-fat yogurt shop, but Jerry and Elaine begin to think it was a bad investment when everyone that eats the yogurt gains weight. When Kramer starts dating a lab technician, Jerry and Elaine have her test the yogurt to see why people are gaining weight. Meanwhile, Elaine dates a man running for mayor, and Jerry curses in front of a boy who starts swearing afterwards.

Beavis and Butt-head threw eggs at Mr. Anderson's house, and are now charged with trespassing and vandalism. Butt-head decides to act as the boys' defense attorney. They are found guilty but their punishment may be worse for society than their original crime was.

The musically-oriented roommates stage an industry showcase at The Night Wind. Perch rehearses and performs despite the incomplete status of their songs. Dom arranges for the band he manages, Stik Kitty, to perform. The backup band that Jon sang with at the Western Connection plays with him at the showcase. Tami's attempt to railroad her band's placement in the showcase only draws bitterness from her roommates, illustrated through Glen's criticisms of the group's performance. The roommates all watch each other perform, as the showcase turns out to be a bonding experience for all.

Mindy's mother leaves the house and Brain develops a plan to take over the world. He develops a powerful stink bomb which he hopes to use to force the government officials out of thier jobs. As he makes the stink bomb, Mindy gets on a lawnmower and drives out of control. The lawnmower chases Brain and eventually knocks him into his stink bomb ingredients. Mindy's mother comes home and scolds Brain for letting Mindy feed him old cheese.

Pesto and Runt are homeless and in need of a place to live. Runt manages to get them into an old woman's home. When the woman's parrot scares Runt, Pesto beats him up. The old woman becomes angry and kicks them out of her house.

Katie Kaboom introduces her new boyfriend C.B. to her parents. He boyfriend in really Chicken Boo. When her parents tell her that her boyfriend is a chicken, she doesn't believe them. She gets angry and explodes. Later when she discovers that her boyfriend really is a chicken, she explodes again.

Yakko, Wakko, and Slappy the Squirrel arrive in Baghdad thinking it is the Baghdad Cafe. They treat Sodarn Hinsane as if he were a waiter. Eventually Slappy puts dynamite in his pants to get rid of him.
