On a tip from Hoshi's telepathic admirer, Tarquin, Archer and the crew head to a nearby planet, hoping to learn more about the mysterious Xindi weapon. Archer, Reed and Major Hayes embark on a reconnaissance mission and discover that the sparsely-populated planet is home to an elaborate Xindi-Sloth manufacturing plant producing canisters of a substance called kemocite. The team manages to swipe one of the canisters, which is then transported onboard Enterprise for analysis. Unbeknownst to the Enterprise crew, Degra, one of the Xindi-Humanoids, is close to testing the weapon and needs only one more shipment of kemocite to do so.

Jakes mourns for his nana; Becker and Chris try too hard to consummate their relationship; Linda feng shui's the office.

Perry White, a once promising journalist whose career was destroyed by Lionel Luthor, arrives in Smallville in search of alien stories for a tabloid news show. In spite of being constantly inebriated, Perry believes he has witnessed Clark using his extraordinary speed, so he devises a dangerous scheme to expose Clark's superpowers. Meanwhile, Lex learns that Perry has powerful incriminating evidence of Lionel's shady past.

Bob goes on a trip to meet Mary's Cuban parents who don't speak English, he visits with the five women in Kelly Jo's family. Bob then goes on a trip to Meredith's hometown, during which he tries to help her find closure in the wake of her grandmother's death, then Bob spends an evening with Estella and her mother in Beverly Hills.
In the end, Bob finds himself with four women whom he cares about deeply, but only three roses, on "The Bachelor", WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 29.

The boys have hit a crossroads with their band "Moop." Cartman wants the band to play Christian Rock, and leaves the band when Stan, Kyle, and Kenny don't agree. Before leaving, Cartman bets Kyle $10 that he will get a platinum album with a Christian Rock band before "Moop" can.
