Zankou embarks on a plan to make the sisters vulnerable, allowing him to sneak in and take the Book Of Shadows. When Phoebe sees a classmate killed in front of her, and Paige loses one of her charges, Zankou decides to punish them by conjuring the spirits of all the dead innocents they failed to save. Also, Darryl has to chose whether to obey his superiors or continue to help the Charmed Ones.

Lisa wins 4 tickets to see a foreign film and Homer gets Flanders to baby-sit Maggie. Flanders doesn't take any money for his effort, but he does need to earn some extra money; Marge suggests that he rent out his spare room. Flanders rents the room to two college age women, who turn the room into the set for their live webcam at www.SexySlumberParty.com. Flanders is unaware of what is going on in is his home, and when Homer finds out he makes sure that every man in Springfield knows about it. When Marge finds out she makes Homer tell Ned and then he finds out that Homer has made him the laughingstock of Springfield. Flanders decides to move to Humbleton, PA., where his favorite figurines are made. Homer mourns the loss of his favorite neighbor and tries to make friends with the new neighbor that has moved in, Clay Roberts, but this new neighbor is obnoxious. Meanwhile in Humbleton, Ned seems in heaven, only for him to live and work there, he must remove his mustache. Ned refuses and is making waves in his new community. When Homer arrives on his doorstep, pleading for him to come back to Springfield, Flanders decides to return.

Bart is given the role of a cooper in the school's medieval festival, while Lisa is the queen. Bart is blamed and expelled when rats come out of large pie that is presented to the queen. Marge looks for a new school for Bart and decides to try out a Catholic school. In his first day at school Bart encounters a tough nun and Father Sean. Bart takes a liking to Father Sean and begins to embrace the Catholic faith, which concerns Homer and Marge. Homer goes to the school with the purpose of taking Bart out of school, only to himself being converted before the night is through. With her husband and son gone Marge finds herself alone at church. Reverend Lovejoy tells her that when they die she and Homer will be going to different heavens. Marge, Ned and Reverend Lovejoy go to Homer and Bart's first communion class to at the very least liberate Bart from becoming Catholic. To bring Bart back to his old religion they take him to a religious festival. Father Sean and Homer arrive hoping to take Bart back, but Bart in one his rare moments of insight brings both sides together, that is until 1,000 years later.

Meanwhile, Steve asks a good-looking girl out, but needs his wingman, Roger, to "jump on a grenade" for him and date her ugly cousin.

Dr. Macy's days at the morgue maybe numbered. Dr. Jack Slokum tells Garrett that the governor's special commission on crime has suspended him because a witness came forward with evidence that Garrett may have missed on a case 20 years ago. Dr. Slokum asks Garrett to come clean with the evidence on Sylvia Moreau or risk his job. Garrett tells Jack that Sylvia is injuries were consistent with a jump. Jack tells Garrett that Sylvia fell 23 ft. from a window, which is not consistent with a jump, but with a push leading him to suspect murder. Terrence Duvall was running for the Senate. Sylvia Moreau was a reporter covering the Senate campaign. The reason Garrett ruled Sylvia Moreau's death a suicide was because someone was trying to link Terrence Duvall to Sylvia Moreau 's death. Terence Duvall worked as a campaign manager for Joel Lancaster.
Garrett's boss at the time tells that Terrence Duvall and Sylvia Moreau are about to get married and to keep it secret. Woody asks Jordan if she'd like to go to a concert. When Woody learns that Lily set Jordan up on a blind date he was very angry.

Al comes to realize that Hearst is backing Mr. Lee and that he needs to help Mr. Wu who has always been his ally in the past. Cy thinks Andy's conversion is a scam, and makes his opinion clear. Andy's preaching at William's funeral clearly prove that he doesn't have any miraculous gift for preaching. Al tries to convince everyone, including himself, that he is unaffected by William's death. Alma finally agrees to marry Ellsworth.

Susan and Mike decide to move in together, much to Edie's displeasure, who schemes against them using Susan's friends. Meanwhile, Lynette takes steps to make sure Annabel (guest-star Melinda McGraw) doesn't come between her and Tom, and the consequences land Tom out of work. Bree comes to a realization about her "buddy" George the pharmacist (guest-star Roger Bart), who continues to interfere in her and Rex's lives. Rex has another heart attack, though prior to it, it seems George has permanently put in a wrench in Bree and Rex's relationship. Carlos' legal problems take a turn for the worse, when Gabrielle decides to leave him after discovering the truth about the birth control. Carlos' subsequent actions increases his jail time to eight years. Mike goes after Paul thanks to Felicia, and Susan goes after Mike, though she doesn't find him. Mrs. Huber's journal reveals some secrets. Lastly, two new faces arrive on Wisteria Lane.

Logan and Barek investigate a troubled young man named Kevin Colemar after his parents are found murdered in their suburban home. Kevin initially believes that drug dealers named Big Lennie and Ray-Ray may have done the murders, but Carson Laird, a Nassau cop, soon tricks Kevin, who cannot remember the night in question, into confessing to the murder. It all seems cut and dried, but Logan and Barek just can't shake the feeling that the kid is innocent. Deakins spends his last two weeks on the job preparing for his future.
